Planning for College and Career?
How to decide what is the best career for you!
❑ Ask yourself these questions….❑ What do I like to do for fun?❑ What do I like to read about?❑ Who is the one person that I admire the most?❑ What class inspires me the most?❑ What are my strengths and weaknesses?❑ Where do I want to live?❑ What was the one career that I talked about as
a child?
Don’t be afraid to think outside of the !
❑ Connect what you are good at and passionate about, to the jobs that are out there, not the other way around!
❑ Example: You like the idea of working in the health field with children? Nursing is a great way to do it, but so is respiratory therapy, speech language pathology, physical therapist assistant, and the list goes on and on. Which career is best for you?
