How do I select the classes that I want?

Online Scheduling Instructions https://powerschool.generalmclane.org
• Log into your powerschool account:• Username: year_lastnamefirstname • Password: #studentID$capital middle initial
• Click on “Class Registration” on the left hand side under the “Navigation” heading.
• Click on the pencil and it will list each available class along with the teacher recommendation.

and then click “okay”.
Use the previous directions to schedule for core, required,
elective and alternate courses.
The credits from your core selections + your electives must
equal a total of 8 credits.
Alternate course selections should be different from elective selections.
Submitting Your Schedule Online
Check to make sure you have green checkmarks next to courses.
Once you have chosen all of your courses, hit the “Submit” button.
If you receive an error message, you must correct errors to
submit your schedule.

selections hit “Submit”.
Once your courses are successfully submitted, your course requests will be listed for you to
view.
