Step 3: Pick the items you wish to redeem and take note of the following details;
a. Item name
b. Item/Product code Should you wish to redeem using Pure Points, use the item code for Pure Points indicated in the catalogue.
Should you wish to redeem under the Fast Track* option, use the Fast Track code indicated inside the gray boxes in the catalogue.
c. Bonus Points Should you wish to redeem using Pure Points, use the Bonus Points indicated in the catalogue.
Should you wish to redeem under the Fast Track* option, use the Bonus Points required inside the gray boxes in the catalogue.
d. Redemption Center Code** of items which are for pick-up. The list of Redemption Center Codes can be found at the back of the catalogue.
e. Cash Amount Should you wish to redeem via the Fast Track option, indicate the amount of cash out required inside the gray boxes.
* Under the Fast Track redemption, Cardholders will be eligible to claim the Rewards at lower Bonus Points and charge the cash portion to his/her HSBC Credit Card through straight payment. HSBC’s Red Hot Rewards Promotion Terms and Conditions 1. HSBC’s Red Hot Rewards Promotion (the “Promo”) is a “rewards discount”
promotion that allows qualified HSBC credit cardholders to redeem selected rewards items using less Bonus Points.
2. The Promo is open to all cardholders of an HSBC Classic Visa, HSBC Classic MasterCard, HSBC Red MasterCard, HSBC Gold Visa, HSBC Gold MasterCard, HSBC Advance Visa, HSBC Platinum Visa and HSBC Premier MasterCard (“Cardholders”)
3. The Promo is from February 3 to June 30, 2015 (the “Promo Period”).
4. During the Promo Period, Cardholders may redeem selected rewards items (indicated as “Red Hot Rewards” items) from their respective rewards catalogues less than the regular Bonus Points required for such items.
5. Red Hot Rewards items shall revert to their original (or a higher) Bonus Points requirement after said Promo Period.
6. This Promo and all redemptions made under this Promo shall be subject to HSBC’s Rewards Program General Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflicting clauses between this Promo’s mechanics and HSBC’s Rewards Program General Terms and Conditions, the latter will prevail.
7. All matters and disputes relating to this Promo shall be subject to the final decision of HSBC and its rewards partner merchants with the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
