IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY
What I have observed at I have observed the designated work of each
employees in the office. Many of them does the receiving and signing of
memorandum each department gives. Most of the employees are kind and
hospitable especially inside the hospital. They have a lot of policies in every
department, divisions, sections, units and wards. Like for example wearingtheir proper uniforms.
The strength and challenges of this company is that they have a well
arrange separate systems into a complete whole, in short the company is
systemized. The challenges towards the center that I knew is keeping the
good customer relationship around the company.
I think the best practice of this company is having a good director, su-
pervisors, chiefs and heads who manages the company into an appropriate
one.
My over-all observation in the office when it comes on their employeesis that they were doing their jobs well while when we talk about the office
and the hospital itself, it has a desirable environment and I think they have a
better equipments, tools and machines. In general, Philippine Heart Center
was proper and well organized.
V. PERIODIC REPORTS (daily, weekly, monthly)
What we do daily are the following:
writing memorandum orders and vacation leaves on the logbook.
What we do weekly are the following:
photocopying of sheets, receiving
What we do monthly are the following:
filing
During my whole training in Philippine Heart Center I think the problem/s that
I have encountered was doing nothing most of the time because we seldom
dont have memorandum orders which we have to give on the depart-
ments and the temperature inside our office, it was so cold and it makes me
chill.

VII. SELF-ASSESSMENT
D. Best experiences on the job:
For me the best experienced that I have encountered was being
able to enter all the units and wards where the patients are accommo-
dated. I saw infants and adult patients lying on their beds. I did also seen
the families crying when their loved ones was going to put in the operatingand emergency room and I feel pity for them at that very moment like Ive
wanted to become a nurse or maybe a doctor for me to give care for
them.
E. Evidence of Background preparation:
Faults committed (its causes and suggestion given by the supervisor)
My faults that I committed was there was one time that I didnt hear
what she say so I didnt follow her direction.
Personal relationship (integration with the company, attendance andpunctuality, and commitment)
Comment from co-worker (at least 3 person)
