Hojicha

Gyokuro

Made from roasting summer Sencha instead of the tradition

The most luxurious Japanese tea with a silky and rich umamiflavor accompanied by hints of caramel, a lingering melonaroma and a vibrantly pale green liquor

Wa kocha

Produced by only 300 farmers in Japan. A medium in body Japa-nese red tea, with a lightly savory taste, a subtle astringency and underlying notes of molasses.

Jinjun mei

“also known as ʻGolden Eyebrows” A luxury version of lapsang souchong made with golden buds. A malty and honey-sweet, with the subtle fruity aroma of oranges.
