Tally Cleaning Systems’ Ultrasonic Cleaning Con- sole is an immersion system with ultrasonic agi- tation for aqueous cleaning solutions. The com- pact console design provides ease of maintenance with easily removed cover panels while requiring minimal floor space. The stainless steel top with drip-lip edge assures a clean system by eliminat- ing dripping down the front and sides of the sys- tem of cleaning solution and oil from the work. A console-design recirculating hot-air dryer is also available. Other features include stainless steel tanks and fiberglass insulation, both standard.

Northeastern Sonics’ Model NES 300 Ultrasonic Tank & Generator Cleaning System features a special 300-W power supply with pulse power and sweep frequency as standard. The UL-approved generator operates at 40 KHz. A variable power controller is available as an option. The 2-gal cleaning tank is fully constructed of heavy-duty 316L stainless steel with internal working dimen- sions of 6 X 12 X 8 in. The cleaning tank features 600 W of thermostatically controlled heat and %-in. drain with ball valve. A complete line of accessories is available.
