Clearing Cache (Windows)- To clear cache on a windows computer, click the three vertical dots at the top
right corner of the screen.- Go down to More Tools, and click Clear Browsing Data.
− After clicking Clear Browsing Data, a new tab will open with the Google Chrome Settings.− Be sure to close out of any other open tabs to make sure nothing is missed in clearing.

After clicking Clear Data, you will be directed back to the settings page. Close out of this tab and open Directors Print Suite and proceed as normal.
