Dawn Dickson, Founder and CEO, PopCom PopCom is an automated retail technology company. In April Dawn became the first Black founder in the world to raise over $1M in a secure token offering (STO) under the Title III of the JOBS Act. She is a champion for the utilization of blockchain in retail, specifically for regulated products that rely on secure customer data.

Shailee Adinolfi, Director of Government Solutions, ConsenSys Shailee has 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, international development and financial services. She is Director of Business Development and Advisory for Public Sector solutions at ConsenSys, the largest blockchain company globally.

Sarah Alexis, CEO, Shop SXA Sarah owns an e-commerce retail business that accepts cryptocurrency. A millennial and social media influencer, she is leveraging new technologies to grow her consumer base of celebrities, wealthy shoppers, and major retailers.

She was the first female institutional investor in the blockchain sector, with a specific thesis on how the technology can provide broader access to financial services, education, labor markets and healthcare.

Karen Hsu, CEO, BlockchainIntel Karen has over 20 years of experience in technology companies, Karen was previously Chief Revenue Officer at BlockCypher and has worked closely with standards organizations such as SWIFT, NACHA and ACORD. Karen also co-founded Blockchain by Women to educate and encourage women in blockchain technology.

Saba Kifle, Founder, Greenwood, Archer, Pine Saba is the founder of Greenwood, Archer and Pine, LLC, focusing on blockchain-based solutions for government, and solutions to address the tech talent inclusion gap in the emerging technology space. Saba has worked with partners such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Lindsay Nuon, Founder and CEO, EmpirEqual Lindsay began her career in STEM in the US military. Congressman Darren Soto, FL represents the 9th District of Florida in Congress which includes all of Osceola and parts of Orange and Polk Counties. The first Floridian of Puerto Rican descent to serve in Congress, Darren is proud to represent all the diverse people of the 9th District. Soto serves on the Energy and Commerce Committee as well as the Committee on Natural Resources. Soto is co-chair of the Congressional Blockchain Caucus and has co-sponsored several bills related to crypto and blockchain regulation.

Congressman Warren Davidson, OH represents the 8th District of Ohio. In Congress, Warren serves on the prestigious Financial Services Committee, where he is focused on policies that promote economic growth. Warren’s other priorities in Congress include fixing the VA, defending the constitution, and making sure the political elites don’t bankrupt America. Davidson is part of the Congressional Blockchain Caucus and has co-sponsored several bills related to crypto and blockchain regulation.
