All contractors requiring access to the 525 Golden Gate SFPUC project must complete this orientation- training course online through ClickSafety. This course addresses site-specific safety expectations/requirements that you and your employees are expected to understand and comply with while working on the premises. Project Requirements: ClickSafety is the leading provider of web-based safety and risk management systems for the Construction Industry. ClickSafety will be providing the online training and tracking system used to deliver safety orientation. You will be required to have ALL your employees successfully complete the online Contractor Safety orientation course through the ClickSafety system prior to their arrival onsite. The average employee should take 30 - 45 minutes for Webcor Safety Passport and 10-15 minutes for those projects that require Site Orientation. The course will be available in both English and Spanish. Project Fees: The fee structure for ClickSafety services is a $100 annual cost per employee. Annual Safety Passport Registration

Subcontractor (Company) Registration

STEP 1: VISIT www.clicksafety.com/safetypassport

STEP 2: MUST REGISTER THE COMPANY & PROVIDE CREDIT CARD (see COMPANY TAB)

STEP 3: Accept User Agreement

STEP 4: ENTER COMPANY NAME and ZIP CODE

STEP 5: Follow the directions step by step. Record credit card information and establish access code.

STEP 6: Once the Company has been registered, please have employees visit the www.clicksafety.com/safetypassport site and register as User, cost will applied to the credit card on file.

• The User will provide name of the company and the access code to be assigned training.

STEP 7: Complete User registration and begin course. SAFETY PASSPORT MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE SITE SPECIFIC.

STEP 8: Webcor Admin at project will have access to portal for PASSPORT completion. A STICKER WILL THEN BE ISSUED TO SUBCONTRACTOR FOR 2011. A project specific sticker will be assigned for workers on multiple projects.

RECORDS:

Employee records can be located in your MCP (Management Control Panel). The administrator who registers the company will have access the employee records. Administrator will login their company account with USER NAME and PASSWORD to view their company account. See REPORTS to view employee usage.
