13. EMERGENCY LIGHTING WITHIN THIS SPACE SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH 'CRESTRON' PANEL WITH A PHASE LOSS SENSOR TO TURN ALL EMERGENCY FIXTURES ON TO FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE EVENT OF POWER LOSS ON THE NORMAL AND/OR EMERGENCY CIRCUIT FOR THE SPACE.
14. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS, WALL MOUNTED OR CEILING MOUNTED WITH OVERRIDE SWITCH SHALL BE PROGRAMMED TO BE MANUAL ON AUTO OFF. TIME DELAY FOR UNOCCUPIED SPACE SHALL BE AS DIRECTED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
15. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE BID TO USE A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR TIED INTO ROOM 'CRESTRON' PANEL WHERE APPLICABLE IN LIEU OF DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FIXTURES.

4. EXIT DOOR EGRESS LIGHTING SHALL BE PHOTOCELL CONTROLLED VIA FAIL 'OFF' PHOTO CELLS AND SHALL BE ON EMERGENCY CIRCUIT WITH CORRIDOR LIGHTING.
5. ELECTRICAL ROOM AND AV/IT ROOM SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY LOCAL SWITCHES ONLY.
6. CONNECT DESIGNATED 'EM' CORRIDOR AND ROOM LIGHTS TO EMERGENCY CIRCUIT ELP-A-8. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL REMAIN ON (UNSWITCHED) AS NIGHT LIGHTING.
7. STAIRWELL LIGHTING SHALL BE CONNECTED TO EMERGENCY CIRCUIT ELP-A-3.
8. CIRCUIT 'b' AND STAIR / WALKWAY ILLUMINATION (DOWNLIGHTING) IN LECTURE HALL #101 SHALL BE EMERGENCY LIGHTING CIRCUIT. WIRE THROUGH 'CRESTRON' PANEL FEATURE. REFER TO CRESTRON DETAILS.
9. ALL ELECTRIC PANEL LOCATIONS ARE INDICATED ON POWER DRAWINGS.
10. ALL NORMAL POWER LIGHTING CIRCUITS INDICATED ARE IN PANEL "LP-1A", UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL NORMAL POWER LIGHTING CIRCUITS SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH FLOOR LIGHTING RELAY PANEL AND CONTROLLED VIA 'B.M.S.' SYSTEM.
11. COORDINATE ALL FIXTURE TYPES WITH ARCHITECTURAL CEILING PLANS PRIOR TO ORDERING.
12. EMERGENCY LIGHTING WITHIN THIS SPACE SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH 'CRESTRON' PANEL WITH A PHASE LOSS SENSOR TO TURN ALL EMERGENCY FIXTURES ON TO FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE EVENT OF POWER LOSS ON THE NORMAL AND/OR EMERGENCY CIRCUIT FOR THE SPACE.
13. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS, WALL MOUNTED OR CEILING MOUNTED WITH OVERRIDE SWITCH SHALL BE PROGRAMMED TO BE MANUAL ON AUTO OFF. TIME DELAY FOR UNOCCUPIED SPACE SHALL BE AS DIRECTED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
14. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE BID TO USE A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR TIED INTO ROOM 'CRESTRON' PANEL WHERE APPLICABLE IN LIEU OF DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FIXTURES.
15. ALL 'CRESTRON' PANELS INDICATEDED IN ROOMS WITHOUT CLOSETS FOR THE PANEL SHALL BE LOCATED ABOVE DROPPED CEILING.
16. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS WITHIN STUDY ROOMS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF INTERFACING WITH ROOMS A/V EQUIPMENT.

4. ELECTRICAL ROOM AND AV/IT ROOM SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY LOCAL SWITCHES ONLY.
5. CONNECT DESIGNATED 'EM' CORRIDOR AND EXIT LIGHTS TO EMERGENCY CIRCUIT ELP-2A-1, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL REMAIN ON (UNSWITCHED) AS NIGHT LIGHTING.
6. STAIRWELL LIGHTING SHALL BE CONNECTED TO EMERGENCY CIRCUIT ELP-A-3.
7. ALL ELECTRIC PANEL LOCATIONS ARE INDICATED ON POWER DRAWINGS.
8. ALL NORMAL POWER LIGHTING CIRCUITS INDICATED ARE IN PANEL "LP-2A", UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL NORMAL POWER LIGHTING CIRCUITS SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH FLOOR LIGHTING RELAY PANEL AND CONTROLLED VIA 'B.M.S.' SYSTEM.
9. COORDINATE ALL FIXTURE TYPES WITH ARCHITECTURAL CEILING PLANS PRIOR TO ORDERING.
10. EMERGENCY LIGHTING WITHIN THIS SPACE SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH 'CRESTRON' PANEL WITH A PHASE LOSS SENSOR TO TURN ALL EMERGENCY FIXTURES ON TO FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE EVENT OF POWER LOSS ON THE NORMAL AND/OR EMERGENCY CIRCUIT FOR THE SPACE.
11. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS, WALL MOUNTED OR CEILING MOUNTED WITH OVERRIDE SWITCH SHALL BE PROGRAMMED TO BE MANUAL ON AUTO OFF. TIME DELAY FOR UNOCCUPIED SPACE SHALL BE AS DIRECTED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
12. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE BID TO USE A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR TIED INTO ROOM 'CRESTRON' PANEL WHERE APPLICABLE IN LIEU OF DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FIXTURES.
13. ALL 'CRESTRON' PANELS INDICATEDED IN ROOMS WITHOUT CLOSETS FOR THE PANEL SHALL BE LOCATED ABOVE DROPPED CEILING.
14. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS WITHIN STUDY ROOMS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF INTERFACING WITH ROOMS A/V EQUIPMENT.
15. ALL LIGHTING DESIGNATED WITH DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FEATURE WITHIN ROOMS THAT ARE BEING CONTROLLED WITH 'CRESTRON' PANELS SHALL BE CONTROLLED VIA A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR WITHIN SPACE. REFER TO 'CRESTRON' DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION.

12. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE BID TO USE A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR TIED INTO ROOM 'CRESTRON' PANEL WHERE APPLICABLE IN LIEU OF DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FIXTURES.
13. ALL 'CRESTRON' PANELS INDICATEDED IN ROOMS WITHOUT CLOSETS FOR THE PANEL SHALL BE LOCATED ABOVE DROPPED CEILING.

1. EMERGENCY FIXTURES, TYPE 'J4' IN ROOMS 511, AND 521 SHALL HAVE THEIR THIRD LAMP WIRED DIRECTLY TO EMERGENCY POWER CIRCUIT 'ELP-4A-4'. THE INTENT IS FOR THESE LAMPS TO BE ENERGIZED ONLY IN THE EVENT OF THE EMERGENCY GENERATOR RUN.
2. POWER CIRCUITS FOR ALL LIGHTING, SHADES, SCREENS, ETC. INDICATED WITHIN ROOMS WITH CRESTRON PANELS SHALL BE CIRCUITED THROUGH CRESTRON PANEL.
3. ALL CORRIDOR LIGHTING SHALL BE CONTROLLED VIA LOCAL SWITCHES WITH OVERRIDE 'OFF' BY B.M.S. ALL STAIRWELL LIGHTING SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY B.M.S. SYSTEM PROVIDE LIGHTING RELAYS AND CONTACTORS AS REQUIRED.
4. ELECTRICAL ROOM AND AV/IT ROOM SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY LOCAL SWITCHES ONLY.
5. CONNECT DESIGNATED 'EM' CORRIDOR, EXITS AND ROOM LIGHTS TO EMERGENCY CIRCUIT ELP-4A-3, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING SHALL REMAIN ON (UNSWITCHED) AS NIGHT LIGHTING.
6. STAIRWELL LIGHTING SHALL BE CONNECTED TO EMERGENCY CIRCUIT ELP-A-3.
7. ALL ELECTRIC PANEL LOCATIONS ARE INDICATED ON POWER DRAWINGS.
8. ALL NORMAL POWER LIGHTING CIRCUITS INDICATED ARE IN PANEL "LP-5A", UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. ALL NORMAL POWER LIGHTING CIRCUITS SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH FLOOR LIGHTING RELAY PANEL AND CONTROLLED VIA 'B.M.S.' SYSTEM.
9. COORDINATE ALL FIXTURE TYPES WITH ARCHITECTURAL CEILING PLANS PRIOR TO ORDERING.
10. EMERGENCY LIGHTING WITHIN THIS SPACE SHALL BE WIRED THROUGH 'CRESTRON' PANEL WITH A PHASE LOSS SENSOR TO TURN ALL EMERGENCY FIXTURES ON TO FULL BRIGHTNESS IN THE EVENT OF POWER LOSS ON THE NORMAL AND/OR EMERGENCY CIRCUIT FOR THE SPACE.
11. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS, WALL MOUNTED OR CEILING MOUNTED WITH OVERRIDE SWITCH SHALL BE PROGRAMMED TO BE MANUAL ON AUTO OFF. TIME DELAY FOR UNOCCUPIED SPACE SHALL BE AS DIRECTED BY THE UNIVERSITY.
12. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN ALTERNATE BID TO USE A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR TIED INTO ROOM 'CRESTRON' PANEL WHERE APPLICABLE IN LIEU OF DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FIXTURES.
13. ALL 'CRESTRON' PANELS INDICATEDED IN ROOMS WITHOUT CLOSETS FOR THE PANEL SHALL BE LOCATED ABOVE DROPPED CEILING.
14. ALL OCCUPANCY SENSORS WITHIN STUDY ROOMS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF INTERFACING WITH ROOMS A/V EQUIPMENT.
15. ALL LIGHTING DESIGNATED WITH DAYLIGHT HARVESTING FEATURE WITHIN ROOMS THAT ARE BEING CONTROLLED WITH 'CRESTRON' PANELS SHALL BE CONTROLLED VIA A SINGLE DAYLIGHT SENSOR WITHIN SPACE. REFER TO 'CRESTRON' DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION.
