Due to the intention to save energy, the requirements in terms of air tightness of the building envelope have been

considerably tightened in recent years, for example, due to the Energy Savings Regulation (EnEV).

Against this background, new buildings and refurbished buildings became air tight in such a way that a sufficient air

quality within the building can no longer be ensured by normal ventilation behaviour.

A well-known example: new tight windows. Opposite windows would have to be opened for about 10 minutes (depending

on wind and outside temperature) every 2 hours each day and night. These requirements can hardly be fulfilled so that

the serviceability of the flat or the building is no longer safeguarded.

The result is such a bad air quality due to mould growth, radon, evaporations of construction materials etc. that the

number of respiratory diseases and allergies has quickly increased in recent years. Mould can also cause permanent

damage to the building. Besides the possibility of selectively making small holes into the external wall (“external wall

air outlets”), which is rather senseless with regard to energy and hygiene, there is nothing else for it but to ensure the

minimum ventilation using exhaust fan.

What are the advantages of a controlled room ventilation system?

There are good reasons to opt for a controlled room ventilation system with heat recovery just now – no matter whether

in relation to a new building or for the purposes of refurbishments.

What benefits does a room ventilation system provide?• Always fresh air in living spaces – no more inconvenient ventilation by opening windows

• Improved quality of life – a healthy, cosy room climate is guaranteed at day and night.

• Relief for allergy sufferers– dust, pollen and mites are kept within bounds.

• Prevention of mould– humid air is automatically discharged.

• Prevention of external disturbances– noise simply stays outside.

• Property value retention and appreciation– the living space is protected from mould

Visto l’auspicio di risparmiare energia, negli ultimi anni i requisiti relativamente alla tenuta dell’involucro dell’edificio sono

stati notevolemente inaspriti da norme/direttive/regolamenti sia a livello Europeo che Italiano.

I nuovi edifici e gli edifici ristrutturati sono ora talmente a tenuta da non poter più essere garantita una sufficiente qualità

dell’aria se si areano normalmente le stanze.

L’esempio più frequente: le nuove finestre a tenuta. Giorno e notte si dovrebbero aprire le finestre ogni 2 ore per

circa 10 minuti (a seconda del vento e della temperatura esterna). Ciò è abbastanza difficile da realizzare e la salubrità

dell’abitazione o la conservazione dell’edificio non possono quindi più essere garantite.

La conseguenza è una qualità dell’aria talmente cattiva a causa della formazione di muffa, del radon, dell’evaporazione di

materiali da costruzione, ecc. che il numero delle malattie delle vie respiratorie e delle allergie è aumentato rapidamente

negli ultimi anni. La muffa può anche provocare danni permanenti alla struttura dell’edificio. Oltre alla possibilità piuttosto

insensata dal punto di vista energetico e igienico di dotare, in modo mirato, la parete esterna di fori (“punti di passaggio

dell’aria sulla parete esterna”), non rimane che garantire la ventilazione minima mediante degli aspiratori.

Fans can be divided into three main categories, which differ in terms of power, installation and type of use.

AXIAL FANS

Axial fans are those in which the air is powered by a propeller and the flow goes in the same direction when entering and

exiting the exaust fan. Usually these are installed in cases where the volume of air to be moved is more important than the

pressure drop to be overcome.

They can be wall-mounted or installed on a window when used both for introducing and expelling air and should be used

where a fairly low pressure, drains located directly outside the location and short sections of pipes are required.

CENTRIFUGAL FANS

Centrifugal fans are those in which the air is pushed by a paddle wheel and guided through an Auger, forming an angle of

90° between the inlet and the outlet, thus increasing the air pressure. Apply where higher pressures and particularly long

and winding exhaust pipes or ducts are required.

CENTRIFUGAL IN-LINE EXHAUST FANS

Centrifugal in-line fans use a centrifugal impeller with backward curved rotors where the air is conveyed in an axial direction.

They are capable of developing high pressures and are designed to be installed between two pipes along the ducts.

Gli aspiratori si suddividono in tre grandi categorie, differenziandosi per potenza, modalità di installazione e tipo di

applicazione.

ASPIRATORI ASSIALI

Gli aspiratori assiali sono quelli in cui l’aria viene spinta da un’elica e il flusso mantiene la stessa direzione all’entrata e

all’uscita dell’aspiratore.

Solitamente vengono installati nei casi in cui è più importante il volume di aria da spostare che la perdita di carico da

superare.

Possono essere installati a muro o a finestra sia per l’immissione o l’espulsione dell’aria.

Vengono applicati dove si richiedono pressioni non molto elevate, scarichi direttamente all’esterno del locale o brevi tratti

di tubazioni.

ASPIRATORI CENTRIFUGHI

Gli aspiratori centrifughi sono quelli in cui l’aria è spinta da una girante a pale ed è indirizzata attraverso una coclea,

formando un angolo di 90° tra l’entrata e l’uscita, aumentanto così la pressione dell’aria.

Vengono applicati dove si richiedono pressioni più elevate, condotti o tubazioni di scarico particolarmente lunghe e tortuose.

ASPIRATORI CENTRIFUGHI IN LINEA

Gli aspiratori centrifughi in linea utilizzano una girante centrifuga a pale rovesce dove l’aria viene convogliata in senso

assiale. Sono in grado di sviluppare elevate pressioni e sono concepiti per essere installati tra due tubi lungo i condotti.

To find the right fan to suit the environment in which it needs to be installed, you must first calculate the cubic metres of

the area, by multiplying the length by the width by the height. Next multiply the total by the air change rate recommended

in TABLE A (air change rates for civilian buildings).

Per individuare il giusto aspiratore in base all’ambiente dove si necessita l’installazione, bisogna

innanzitutto conoscere i metri cubi del locale, per trovare questo dato basta moltiplicare la

lunghezza per la larghezza per l’altezza, successivamente moltiplicare per i ricambi d’aria consigliati nella TABELLA A

(ricambi d’aria per locali civili).

Instructions for using the diagram (TABLE B):

1) Start from the air capacity of the fan in m3/h (red line) on the right side of the diagram.

2) Draw a horizontal line until it crosses the diagonal line of the duct diameter (blue line).

3) At this point, go down vertically until the end of the diagram to find the value of the pressure drop in mm H2O, then

multiply this value by the linear metres of the system.

4) If the system presents bends or curves, in order to calculate the pressure drop, and add it to the drop of the linear

duct, follow the yellow line (m/s) diagonally from the point where the two lines previously defined intersect, between

the m3/h and the diameter of the duct, in order to obtain the air velocity in metres per second (m/s).

5) When the m/s have been calculated, use TABLE C to find the pressure loss of the bends and curves.

Istruzioni sull’uso del diagramma (TABELLA B):

1) Partire dalla portata d’aria dell’aspiratore in m3/h (linea rossa) sul lato destro del diagramma.

2) Tracciare una linea orizzontale fino ad incrociare la linea in diagonale del diametro del condotto (linea blu).

3) A questo punto scendere in verticale fino alla fine del diagramma per trovare il valore della perdita di carico in mm

H2O, poi moltiplicare questo valore per i metri lineari dell’impianto.

4) Nel caso l’impianto dovesse contenere curve o gomiti, per calcolare la loro perdita di carico, e sommarla alla

perdita del condotto lineare, dal punto di incrocio delle due rette trovate precedentemente, tra i m3/h e il diametro

del condotto, seguire in diagonale la linea gialla (m/s) cosi da ottenere la velocità dell’aria in metri al secondo

(m/s).

5) Trovati i m/s utilizzare la TABELLA C per trovare la perdita di carico di curve e gomiti.

Nel caso di curve o gomiti seguire la TABELLA C con le dovute istruzioni (perdite di carico in H2O

per curve e gomiti).

A questo punto avremmo tutti i dati per poter scegliere il giusto l’aspiratore.

EXAMPLE

Residential bathroom 3x3x2.70h m. x 4 (recommended air change rate) = tot. m3/h 97.20,

considering that the system consists of one curve + 6 linear metres of smooth pipe with 100 mm

diameter.

Curve 1 = drop of 0.1 mm. H2O

Smooth 6 m. pipe = drop of 1.2 mm H2O. By summing the 2 values you will then have a total pressure drop of 1.3

mm. H2O in the duct. In this case a suitable fan could be the L series, diameter 100 mm.

To prevent the incorrect installation of a fan in an area and to ensurean appropriate air change rate in the entire

environment, we recommend that you follow the simple advice on the following page.

Bagno civile mt 3x3x2,70h x 4 (ricambi d’aria consigliati) = tot. m3/h 97,20 considerando che

l’impianto è composto da 1 curva + 6 metri lineari di tubo di tipo liscio diametro mm.100.

1 Curva = perdita 0,1 mm. H2O

Mt 6 tubo tipo liscio = perdita 1,2 mm.H2O sommando i 2 valori si avrà quindi una perdita di carico totale del

condotto di 1,3 mm. H2O in questo caso un aspiratore idoneo potra essere la serie L diametro 100 mm.

Per evitare l’errata installazione di un aspiratore all’interno di un locale e per poter avere un corretto ricambio di aria

in tutto l’ambiente vi consigliamo di seguire questi semplici consigli riportati nella pagina seguente.

ErP Erp directive (2009/125/EC) - Regulation (EC) No 327/20155:

• Directive 2009/125/EC Energy-related-Products-ErP (alias: products that affect energy consumption), also

known as Eco-design, is a framework directive that relies on specific implementing regulations to define the

design requirements of all energy-powered products; It is the most important initiative taken by the EU to

improve energy efficiency by 20% by the year 2020.

The eco-friendly design of electric engines (IE2, IE3) regulated by Regulation (EC) no 640/2009 falls within this

logic.

Instead, Regulation (EU) No 327/2011 is applicable to fans with electrical power supplies ranging from 125W to

500kW. This sets the minimum efficiency levels required to be launched on the European market for the first

time. The performance levels prescribed for fans were introduced in two phases: an initial implementation

period that started on 1 January 2013 and a second one on a higher level from 1 January 2015.

So-called “ATEX” fans those used to extract smoke fumes during a fire, those with a fluid operating temperature

greater than 100° C, those for highly corrosive environments and those destined for use outside the European

market are not covered by regulation 327/2011.

We have introduced models and series featuring engines and/or innovative and more efficient impellers,

sometimes with markedly different technical characteristics from their predecessors.

We are particularly proud of the work we have carried out, as you will see from the large number of compatible

ErP 2015 models contained in this catalogue.

ErP Direttiva Erp (2009-125/CE) - regolamento CE 327/20155:

• la direttiva 2009/125/CE Energy - related - Products - ErP (alias: prodotti che influiscono sul consumo

energetico), anche nota come Eco-design, è una direttiva quadro che attraverso specifici regolamenti

attuativi definisce i requisiti di progettazione di tutti i prodotti che utilizzano energia; essa rappresenta la

più importante iniziativa intrapresa dall’UE per migliorare l’efficienza energetica del 20% entro l’anno 2020.

La progettazione ecocompatibile dei motori elettrici (IE2, IE3) regolata dal Regolamento CE n. 640/2009 rientra

in questa logica.

Per quanto riguarda invece i ventilatori, con potenze elettriche in ingresso comprese tra 125W e 500kW, si

applica il regolamento (UE) n. 327/2011 che definisce i livelli di efficienza minima che essi devono avere per

essere immessi per la prima volta nel mercato europeo. I rendimenti prescritti per i ventilatori hanno due fasi di

attuazione: una prima che partiva dal 1° gennaio 2013 e una seconda ad un livello più alto dal 1° gennaio 2015.

Sono esclusi dal regolamento 327/2011 i ventilatori cosiddetti “ATEX”, quelli per estrazione fumi d’incendio,

quelli con temperatura di funzionamento del fluido maggiore di 100°C, quelli per ambienti altamente corrosivi

ed infine quelli che sono destinati ad essere utilizzati fuori dal mercato europeo.

Abbiamo introdotto modelli e serie dotati di motori e/o giranti innovative e più efficienti, a volte con

caratteristiche tecniche notevolmente diverse dai precedenti.

Siamo particolarmente orgogliosi del lavoro effettuato, come potrete constatare dal gran numero di modelli ErP

2015, compatibili, contenuti in questo catalogo.

N.B.: In dotazione in ogni scatola si troveranno 2 sacchettini contenenti le 8 viti per la personalizzazione. Il primo sacchetto

contiene 8 viti con misura 2,9x9,5 mm adatti ad una personalizzazione con uno spessore che varia da 6 a 8 mm. Il secondo

Place the chosen material for customizing (2) within the frame (1) and screw the plate (3) with the 8 provided screws. The

Employment and descriptionThe LPE serie’s fans, present constructive characteristics that allow

both the utilization in the industrial applications and the installations in

the tertiary environments (workshops, stores, breedings, glasshouses)

where there is the real necessity of the employment of a fan with easy

installation, low consumptions, and reduced noise pressure levels.

The peculiarities of the serie are: possibility to adjust and control

the number of turnings in function of the supply voltage, and compact

dimensions that make the aesthetical look particularly pleasant.

• Fan with blades made of aluminium and radiant crown made of

galvanised steel with five blades till the diameter of 650 mm. and

with seven blades till the diameter of 710 mm.

• Convoy board panel made of painted steel with epoxy and black

powders.

• Motor support in anti industrial accident research wire, painted with

epoxy and black powders.

• Asynchronous compact motor, Class F insulation IP55 protection,

room temperature 50° centigrade.

Impiego e descrizioneI ventilatori della serie LPE, presentano caratteristiche costruttive che

ne consentono sia l’utilizzo in applicazioni industriali, che l’installazione

in ambiente terziari (officine - negozi - allevamenti - serre) dove vi sia

la necessità dell’impiego di un ventilatore di facile installazione, bassi

consumi e livelli di pressione sonora ridotti.

Particolarità della serie sono: possibilità di regolare il numero

di giri in funzione della tensione e ingombri ridotti che ne rendono

particolarmente gradevole l’aspetto estetico.

• Ventola con pale in alluminio e raggiera in acciaio tropicalizzato a

cinque pale fino al diametro 650 mm. e sette pale per il diametro

710 mm.

• Pannello convogliatore quadro in acciaio verniciato con polveri

epossidiche di colore nero.

• Supporto motore in rete antinfortunistica verniciato con polveri

epossidiche di colore nero.

• Motore asincrono compatto, isolamento classe F protezione IP55,

temperatura ambiente 50°C.

applicazioni tra cui:

• Ventilazione quadri elettrici.

• Macchine stampaggio materie plastiche in genere in tutte le

applicazioni industriali dove sono richiesti piccoli volumi d’aria

con pressioni limitate.

• Sono idonei per convogliare aria pulita alla temperatura max di

+60°C.

Gamma• È costituita da grandezze con prestazioni di portata fino a 4.000

m3/h e pressioni statiche fino a 180 mm/H2O.

Caratteristiche costitutive• Chiocciola - In lamiera di acciaio verniciata, con flangia

sulla bocca di mandata e boccaglio aerodinamico con rete

antinfortunistica sulla bocca di aspirazione.

• Girante - In lamiera di acciaio zincato, con pale rivolte in avanti.

• Motore - Chiuso a ventilazione esterna, forma B5, trifase o

monofase, protezione IP55, classe F.

DUCT- M line is suitable when large air capacities with rela-

tively low pressures are required in duct mounted applica-

tions.

For instance: ventilation and conditioning in naval and mi-

ning applications, evaporative towers, heat exchangers, co-

oling of electric and refrigerating equipments, etc.

RANGE

This line consists of 6 sizes with impeller diameter from 310 up to 560 mm.

ADVANTAGES

DUCT- M line is characterised by the extreme sturdiness of construction, thanks to the flanges directly bended on the

casing, and the thickness of the materials. The variety of versions and models allows the solution of most of the pro-

blems of ventilation. Impeller consists of a strong hub, in die-cast aluminum alloy for the fixing of the blades. Available

in different materials suitable for heavy duties.

CONSTRUCTION

Casing in steel sheet protected with epoxy painting. Fixing flanges according to UNIISO 6580/EUROVENT 1-2 stan-

dards.

Impeller with high efficiency airfoil blades in plastic material or in die-cast aluminum alloy. Hub in die-cast aluminum

alloy. Balancing according to UNI ISO 1940. Variable pitch angle in still position.

Asynchronous electric motor, protection IP 55, class F insulated, form B3, service S1 construction according to the

IEC/EEC (UNEL-MEC) standard.

Arrangement 4 (impeller directly coupled to motor shaft).

I ventilatori della serie DUCT-M sono ideali per impieghi in cui necessitano grandi

portate d’aria e pressioni relativamente modeste, in applicazioni con fissaggio a canalizzazioni.

Ad esempio: impianti di ventilazione e condizionamento industriale in applicazioni minerarie, navali, torri evaporative,

scambiatori di calore, raffreddamento di apparecchiature elettriche, frigorifere ecc.

GAMMA

La serie è costituita da 6 grandezze con diametro girante da 310 a 560 mm.

PECULIARITÀ

La serie DUCT-M è caratterizzata dall’estrema robustezza della costruzione essenzialmente dovuta alle flange rica-

vate direttamente dalla virola (e non riportate), e dallo spessore dei materiali utilizzati. Un’altra caratteristica è la

varietà di versioni e di modelli di cui è composta la serie, il che permette la soluzione idonea a numerosi problemi di

ventilazione. La girante prevede un robusto mozzo a morsa, in fusione d’alluminio per il fissaggio delle pale. Pale

realizzate mediante stampaggio di diversi materiali aventi sempre l’obiettivo di sopportare elevati carichi di lavoro.

COSTRUZIONE

• Convogliatore in lamiera d’acciaio protetto con verniciatura epossipoliestirica.

• Flange dimensionate a norma UNI ISO 6580 /

EUROVENT 1-2.

• Girante ad alto rendimento con pale a profilo alare, ad angolo di calettamento variabile da fermo, in tecnopolimero

oppure in fusione d’alluminio, mozzo in fusione d’alluminio.

• Equilibratura secondo norme UNI ISO 1940.

• Motore elettrico asincrono a corrente alternata, protezione IP 55, isolamento Cl F, servizio S1,

forma B3, costruzione conforme alle specifiche norme IEC / EEC (UNELMEC).

• Esecuzione 4 (accoppiamento diretto con girante a sbalzo).

APPLICAZIONIQuesta serie è stata progettata per installazioni a tetto, per

aspirazioni canalizzate ma anche dirette, in edifici civili, commerciali

ed industriali, quali: uffici, ristoranti, alberghi, centri commerciali,

capannoni, impianti industriali, sale macchine ecc.

GAMMALa serie è costituita da 7 grandezze con diametro girante da 310 a

710 mm, con motori a 4 e 6 poli.

PECULIARITÀI ROOF-CM sono caratterizzati da una girante a pale rovesce con una

efficienza aeraulica fuori dal comune, che garantisce ottime portate,

elevate prevalenze e ridotto livello sonoro. Il design particolarmente

studiato del cappello, a sezione quadrata, conferisce al torrino

un’estetica particolarmente gradevole, di facile inserimento in ogni

contesto architettonico garantendo allo stesso tempo il corretto

raffreddamento del motore. La rete di protezione in filo di acciaio

offre una resistenza all’aria inferiore rispetto alle reti utilizzate

normalmente e un efficace effetto autopulente. Il motore elettrico è

costruito secondo standard internazionali garanzia di affidabilità e

robustezza nonché facilità di riparazione o sostituzione.

CLIMALINE introduced in thee market range of products, a

comprehensive range of grilles to satisfy any ventilation need.

Following our slogan “a measure for every need”, our range

of products is continuosly being enlarged by new models,

with three different installation systems:

1 - with screws;

2 - built-in by means of frame;

3 - with a standard system of springs

The airflow of a CLIMALINE grille is guaranteed and remains

unaltered.

CLIMALINE ha introdotto nel mercato una gamma completa

di griglie per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di ventilazione e

aerazione degli ambienti. Seguendo il motto “una misura

per ogni esigenza”, la nostra gamma si è costantemente

arricchita di nuovi modelli

applicabili con tre diversi sistemi di fissaggio:

1 - da appoggio con viti;

2 - da incasso con telaio: aggancio a scatto della griglia;

(viti per il fissaggio permanente)

3 - da appoggio con molle per inserimento rapido

Le griglie CLIMALINE permettono di mantenere inalterata

la sezione d’aria fino al passaggio massimo garantito dalla

griglia. Passaggio d’aria dichiarato e certificato secondo le

norme ISO - UNI - CIG - GAS.

A pratical example referring to the 238 x 238 grille with straight fins,

air flow = 210 cm2

By making a hole of Ø 160 mm / 16 cm we obtain an air flow of: r2 x π

= 82 x 3.14 = 200.96 cm2

By making a hole of Ø 180 mm / 18 cm we obtain an air flow of:

r2 x π = 92 x 3.14 = 254.34 cm2

but the real air flow still remains 210 cm2

STOP: the wicket is closed in both directions.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI di VENDITA1 Validity The general terms of sale shown below are valid except in the presence of special agreements; we reserve the right to change the general terms of sale at any time and without notice.

2 PricesThe list prices are the prices applied to the public not including VAT. List prices may change as a consequence of changes in the price of raw materials and the cost of labour. The list prices are therefore subject to alteration without notice.

3 Packing/transportPacking is at the expense of the customer; the goods are sold ex our headquarters in RUBANO (PD) Italy for consignment in accordance with materials in stock and goods already sold. Transport is at the risk and responsibility of the Customer, even when the goods are sent by parcel post or by rail.

4 Minimum ordersOrders are accepted for total values of at least 400.00 euro

5 ClaimsClaims will be considered only if they are made within the term of eight days following collection of the goods.

6 WarrantyOur warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts that we recognise as being defective. Parts subject to warranty claims must be sent carriage paid to our factory in RUBANO (PD) Italy. We will not accept goods that are returned without our prior consent. Warranty claims will not be accepted in the case of parts that have been tampered with or used in a manner that is not in compliance with the specified conditions of use. The warranty coverage runs for a period of 12 months from the time of collection of the goods. Entitlement to warranty coverage is forfeited if the customer fails to observe the agreed terms of payment.

7 PaymentsThe goods are intended as payable at our registered office in Rubano. Amounts paid by means of a Bank Cash Order will be increased by the applicable stamp duty and bank charges. The customer will be charged annual interest of 5% (five percent) over and above the official interest rate in force on all payment arrears. Failure of the customer to observe the terms of payment or any other contractual condition will authorise us to suspend or delay the performance of our contractual obligations or entitle use to terminate the contract on simple communication to this effect, with entitlement to seek compensation for any damages suffered.

8 OffersUnless otherwise specified, offers are associated with a validity period of 30 days. For products with characteristics other than those indicated in the catalogue, consult our engineering department.

9 Technical serviceThe BOLDRIN technical service organisation is at the complete disposal of customers for technical information concerning our products and their utilisation.

10 Competent courtAny disputes are referred to the sole territorial competence of the judicial authorities of Padua, Italy. This clause is without prejudice to our right to apply to the judicial authorities in the place of residence or domicile of the customer, or the place in which the goods to which the contract of supply refers are located. Contracts entered into with foreign organisations or foreign nationals are regulated by the statutory provisions of Italian law. Disputes will be the sole competence of the judicial authorities of Padua, Italy.

11 Prohibition of legal actionCustomers who have not made the payments as provided for by the terms of the contract shall not be entitled to take out legal proceedings against our company.

12 Insurance guaranteesTo provide an additional guarantee to customers that the foregoing terms of sale are scrupulously adhered to we have taken out a Third Party Civil Liability policy with Assicurazioni to cover against possible damages solely in relation to any liability that could be claimed in relation to our company.

14 How to order To ensure rapid processing of your order always clearly specify the quantities required and the exact product code. E.g.: no.100 SC418.03. Orders in which the specifications of the required product are unclear (e.g. no code) will suffer inevitable delays because they cannot be handled by our computerised order processing system.

15 Management of returnsAll possible returns must be agreed in advance with our sales department. The PRICE LIST contains a facsimile of our Returns Authorization form. This form must be duly compiled and sent by fax to our headquarters; our sales department personnel will return the form to the customer complete with the requested authorisation to return the goods. We are unable to accept returns that have not been authorised in advance. Returns due to incorrect orders (with the exception of special products) will be accepted on application of a charge equivalent to 20% of the purchase price. It is agreed that material returned due to incorrect orders must reach our factory in exactly the same condition as when it was shipped.

16 Obsolete materialObsolete material manufactured by our company can be collected, subject to express written permission from our sales manager, subject to a charge solely of the cost of the raw material calculated on a per-kilogram basis.

Il committente è tenuto a corrispondere, sui ritardati pagamenti l’interesse annuo del 5% (cinque per cento) superiore al tasso ufficiale di sconto. L’inosservanza da parte del committente delle condizioni di pagamento o di qualsiasi condizione contrattuale ci autorizza a sospendere o rinviare l’esecuzione degli obblighi contrattuali, oppure la risoluzione del contratto mediante semplice comunicazione, con diritto di rivalsa per i danni subiti.

I contratti stipulati con enti o persone fisiche estere sono regolati dalle leggi Italiane vigenti. Le controversie saranno di esclusiva competenza dell’autorità giudiziaria di Padova.

11 Divieto di azioneIl committente che non abbia effettuato i paggamenti come contemplato dal contartto, non potrà promuovere azione giudiziale nei nostri confronti.

12 Garanzie assicurativeAd ulteriore garanzia per i committenti che si siano scrupolosamente attenuti alla sopraindicate condizioni di vendita abbiamo stipulato con Assicurazioni una Polizza R.C. terzi a copertura degli eventuali danni per le sole responsabilità che ci competono.

14 Come ordinarePer avere una rapide evasione dell’ordine è necessario indicare chiaramente quantità e codice del prodotto. esempio: n.100 SC418.03.Gli ordini trasmessi con indicazioni poco chiare del prodotto (esempio senza codice) subiranno inevitabili ritardi nella loro evasione data l’elaborazione computerizzata degli ordini.

15 Gestione resiTutti i possibili resi devono essere concordati preventivamente con il nostro ufficio commerciale.Nel nostro LISTINO PREZZI viene riportato un fac-simile dell’Autorizzazione al reso. Tale scheda deve essere debitamente compilata ed inviata via fax presso la nostra sede, il responsabile dell’ufficio commerciale provvederà a rimandare la scheda con l’autorizzazione al reso. Non verranno accettati resi non preventivamente concordati. I resi per errata ordinazione (escludendo le produzioni speciali) verranno accettati di ritorno con un addebito del 20% sul prezzo d’acquisto. Resta inteso che il materiale di ritorno deve essere totalmente come spedito.

16 Materiale obsoletoIl materiale obsoleto di nostra produzione potrà essere ritirato, salvo approvazione scritta della direzione commerciale, accreditando il puro costo della materia prima calcolata al kg.
