• IwillintroducesystemsandestablishinfrastructureforenergyconservaXonandusenewefficienttechnologyforthepurpose.Housesandbuildingswillbedesignedforensuringlowcarbonlifestyles.• Iwillacttodesignasystemwithminimumtransportrequirementsintownandcountryplanning.
