From east to west CAFOD campaigners have been taking action to create a climate for justice.
Noah’s barge journeyed the Leeds to Liverpool canal. Local school children and volunteers along the way got passers-by to sign action cards
Young people from St Francis, Notting Hill encouraged parishioners to sign cards and join the rally before December’s climate change talks in Copenhagen.
Parishioners from Enfield put their hands up for climate justice.
They signed over 600 cards demanding action on climate change.
People from St Francis of Assisi, Long Eaton, Nottingham collected so many cards that they could to string them across the whole church.
A line of young supporters from St Anthony’s school in the Birmingham diocese. Their climate change assembly generated plenty of enthusiasm!
People from across the globe are now calling for action. Here school children from Nicaragua voice their concerns about the impact of climate change.
CAFOD staff from Nottingham, Brighton, London and Plymouth share the climate change message in Bangladesh where people have already experienced first hand the devastating effects of climate change.
CAFOD campaigners outside London Zoo call on climate change minster Ed Miliband to take the right road to Copenhagen.
