CLINIC CONSTRUCTION UPDATE December 19, 2014 Issue As  we  head  into  the  Holiday  weeks  ahead,  this  is  our  current  status.  Progress  can  also  be  viewed  live  on  the  Park  Region/Otter  Tail  Telcom  Construction  Cam  at  www.prtel.com/constructioncam      

Crane  is  on  site.       Currently  working  on  core  wall  construction   Foundations  are  complete  along  the  south  building  line.       Steel  set  to  arrive  between  Jan  5th  and  12th   Steel  erection  will  continue  until  the  end  of  Feb.

Construction Progress Update through 12/17/2014

Interior pad footings are 90% complete.

Foundation footings and Grade beams now 90% complete.

Forming second level of double elevator core wall.

Poured first level of Stair B core walls.

Formed and poured 2nd level of Stair B core walls.

Heat shelter installed on west and south concrete walls for waterproofing install.

Exterior wall pad footing poured. Trench dug for last grade beam.

Grade beam section poured on north side.

Setting forms for the second level of the elevator core walls.

Pouring second level of Stair B core walls.

Stair B core walls formed and ready for pour.
