No implant treatment contraindication

Before extraction

Clinical findings

Congenitally missing first mollars 16,26,36,46 and upper lateral incisors

Status after extraction of impacted canine 13 and deciduous 53

Healthy periodontal status

Referred for implant treatment of missing canine from aesthetic reason.

Pt. refused previous treatment plan:

orthodontic treatment, block grafting from mandibulla ramus and implants, for financial reasons
