CLINICAL TELEHEALTH BPA: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEThe Clinical Telehealth BPA is a pre-competed BPA that provides the latest in Telehealth products and services for all VA. It strives to eliminate the cumbersome, complicated and time-consuming factors associated with normal government acquisition. Manufacturers included on the BPA include AMD, Aranz, Avizia, BL Healthcare, Canon, Cisco, GlobalMed, JedMed and Polycom.

BPA ORDERING PROCESS MADE SIMPLEQuotes can be obtained by sending requests to [email protected] or by contacting Eric Silvernail or Nicole Notch directly.
Once you have submitted your quote request to the Iron Bow email address you will receive a response within 24 hours. You can at that time evaluate the response and when ready, send in your order to Iron Bow via fax to 866.272.0263 or via email to [email protected].
All orders under the BPA are subject to a fee in accordance with annual Service Level Agreements established within the VA Supply Fund. The fee is currently at 0.5% for FY16 and will be included in all quotes as a separate line item and must be included in all orders.
Contract Type: BPA, firm fixed price Contract Number: VA119-15-A-0131 Authorized Buyers: Orders are made directly against the resulting BPA by VA field offices. Any individual who has authorized ordering/contracting authority, on behalf of the Veterans Healthcare Administration field offices, may place delivery orders against this BPA.Period of Performance: September 30, 2015 – September 29, 2020
