AccessDirect can assign local or toll free hosted numbers that can be programmed in many customizable ways to fit the needs of almost any company. Working with Dawson, we programmed the “departments”
as sales, customer service and tech support and made those options from the main greeting “find me” selections that transferred to 2 sequential numbers and then to voice mail if no one was available. Messages are then emailed to their personal email addresses so they get the messages in a timely manner. Then using a dial by name directory, the personal 3 digit extension numbers of the staff can be reached by
name or by extension number. His “cloud” company now has a toll free number, departments, staff and no one had to do a thing except answer the phone for the new business venture!
Results – productivity, leads – bottom line
