    Development of virtual testbed for study of

    complex technical obects behavior re!uires application

    of many various models" describing different phenomena#

    $e have such state because in reality there are many

    processes %hich are ta&ing place simultaneously# 'ome

    of them are independent but some depends on each

    other# 'o in general %e have oined different &inds of

    some mathematical models# Real time simulation of all

    processes %hich in influencing on final result of complex

    obects behavior could not be organi(ed in one computer

    because ade!uate modeling re!uires different &inds of

    computer resources )for instance* high performance

    calculation" data processing" visuali(ation" etc+# ,t the

    same time different algorithms in frame%or&s of virtual

    testbed re!uire different %ays of mapping on

    multiprocessor architecture# Reali(ation of such

    complexes re!uires large computational resources"

    po%erful visuali(ation tools" and elaborated high-

    performance numerical algorithms# Cloud computing is

    the best %ay to solve the complex problems. -The cloud

    computing is the computing in cloud %here as the cloud

    refers to virtual servers/ distributed hosting" and shared

    resources available over Internet# The users can access

    the cloud for available service through the %eb bro%ser

    and Internet connectivity# $e can also visuali(e the cloud

    as a cluster of computers %hich are based upondistributed system that provide services in real time over

    a net%or& and these characteristics ma&e the possibility

    of using cloud computing# Figure. 1

    layers are used by developer %hereas the toplayer is used by user communities

    disaster recovery and several other benefits

    compare %ith the traditional net%or&infrastructures# There %e study cloud computing

    technology for marine environmental data and

    processing# , cloud computing of marineenvironment information is proposed for the

    integration and sharing of marine informationresources that its aim to perform empirical

    re!uiring numerous interactions %ith %eb serversand transfers of very large archival data files

    %ithout affecting operational information systeminfrastructure is highly desirable# In this paper" %e
