means of virtualization (i.e. VMware)
Many applications can be in “virtual mode” (i.e. most
standard microsoft, oracle and other vendors applications)
or SaaS
New servers can be introduced for next generation
services, i.e. Microsoft Open Communications Server, for
unified comms (includes VoIP)
PSTN connection can be done at the data centre
