You will be an integrated part of our consulting development team. You will be writing software to configure servers, not manually configuring them each time. You won’t be deploying code; you will build tools so that anyone in engineering at our clients can deploy their code. You won’t be monitoring alerts, you’ll be building scripts and tools to resolve production problems automatically.  

What you will do:= Infrastructure Architecture – designing high availability, performant and secure solutions using Public/Private cloud= Work within an Agile environment, including the use of Scrum and Kanban= Deploy code builds to Azure PaaS= Build infrastructure PaaS/IaaS in Azure using API libraries or the command line tools DSC= Design and implement Software Defined Infrastructure using cloud standards and methodologies= Work with developers to streamline application build processes= Engineer solutions using Microsoft Azure services= Implement infrastructure, build and project automation using Powershell= Architect and implement elastic and server-less infrastructure using auto-scaling and lambda services= Work with state of the art tools such as VSTS, Azure Resource Management, PowerShell DSC, Docker or Sonarqube= Work in conjunction with IT, engineering, and business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance,

security, and integration requirements= Experimentation with new cloud technologies to define their use cases/suitability= Communicate activities and achievements to stakeholders= Document technical solutions in detail= Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers regarding DevOPs processes What you will need:= BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience= 3 + years’ software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages= S Practical hands-on experience on Azure using key services like VM, Azure API, VSTS or Cloud Services= Experience with any of the following is appreciated: Development platforms e.g. .NET, Java, JavaScript, SAP,

Tools: e.g.: TFS/VSTS, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Ansible, Docker, ELK, Nexus, SonarQube, Ansible= Cloud platforms: e.g.: Azure, AWS, Google Compute Engine= Strong knowledge of key DevOps concepts – continuous integration and delivery= Understanding of Cloud concepts – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS= Solid communication in verbal and written English= Natural collaborator and enjoys interacting and engaging in teamwork= Travel availability
