ThePerthInternationalBoatShowproudlypresentedbytheBIAWAandeventmanagedbyPremiereEventswillbethemajorboatingeventforWesternAustralia.

ThevisionforthePerthInternationalBoatShowistocreateonemajorboatshowforWesternAustraliathatisofaninternationalstandardandreflectedWesternAustralia’sprosperousanddiversemarineindustry.ThePerthInternationalBoatShowwillprofiletheWesternAustralianmarineindustrybothnationallyandinternationally;andwillattractalevelofattentionneverbeforeseenataboatshowinWA.

2. Attach payment for 50% of the total space cost plus the $200 admin fee, plus GST. Please note Credit Card payments incur a 1.65% surcharge.

3. Forward your Application to Exhibit form, a copy of your Public Liability Insurance and payment to Premiere Events, 31 Sarich Court, Osborne Park WA 6017 or email to bookings@premiereevents.com.au

COnDuCT OF eXHibiTOrTheExhibitorshallensurethattheirstandisopentoviewandstaffedbycompetentrepresentativesduringtheofficialopeninghoursoftheShow.

TheExhibitorshallnotexhibititsproductsorconductitsbusinessfromanyotherthantheirallocatedspace.

TheExhibitorshallnotconductorpermittobeconductedanyauction,lottery,raffle,guessingcompetition,orothergameofchance,whetherforcharityorotherwise,attheShowwithoutwrittenconsentfromtheorganisers.TheExhibitorshallensurethattheaisles,passagewaysandwalkwaysonoradjacenttotheirspacearekeptcompletelyfreefromobstructionduringtheShow.SoundlevelscausedbytheExhibitor’suseofdisplayequipmentsuchasvideosandtelevisionsshallnotbeintrusivetootherExhibitors. Theorganisersreservetherighttoterminatetheuseofsuchequipmentonthebasisofunacceptablesoundlevels.

TheExhibitorshallnotuseindividualpublicaddresssystemsintheShowsiteunlesswrittenpermissionhasbeenobtainedbytheorganisers. WheresuchpermissionisobtainedthePAsystemmustcomplywiththeabovenoiselevels.

POSTPOneMenT, abanDOnMenT Or CanCellaTiOnIf,foranycausebeyondthereasonablecontroloftheorganisers,theholdingoftheShowispostponedorabandonedortheShowsitebecomeswhollyorpartiallyunavailablefortheholdingoftheShow,theorganisersmayattheirdiscretioncanceltheShowandreturnsuchportionofthesumspaidtoitbytheexhibitorinrespectoftheShowasitshalldetermine.

Inanycase,theorganisersshallnotbeliable,andareherebyreleasedfromliability,foranydamage,loss(includingconsequential)orexpenseincurredbytheexhibitorasaresultofthepostponement,abandonmentorcancellation.

CanCellaTiOn OF SPaCeCancellationsmustbeadvisedinwriting.Ifyoucancelyourspace72dayspriortothestartoftheShow,youwillreceivearefundofmoniespaidlessthe$200(+GST)adminfee.Cancellationsafterthe72daydeadlinewillforfeitthedepositpaid.
