OBJET PURPOSE
Cette Norme de Conception a pour objet de dfinirles critres de choix des dcoupures ainsi que lesprincipes de construction autour des portes etbaies dans les cloisons mtalliques (structurellesou non).
The purpose of this Design standard is to setout the choice criteria of cutouts and theconstruction principles around doors and picturewindows in steel bulkheads (structural or not).

Les dcoupures sont valables pour les cloisons de structure et les cloisons demmnagement. On ne tient pas compte des options contraintes leves ou contraintes trs leves pour les cloisons EM.
Les zones avec des contraintes leves ou trs leves seront traites par le groupe Calcul dICE sur le plateau navire.
Cutouts are valid for structural bulkheads and accomodation bulkheads. The options high stresses or very high stresses for accomodation bulkheads are not taken into account.
High stressed areas or very high stressed areas will be treated by ICE Calculation team on the ship stage.

Note : in this case, the thickness of the plate environning the cutout will be increased in order toanticipate the TU VC EL cutouts located above the door and will be mentioned on thestructural drawing.
POUR CHAQUE CAS, CONSULTER LE PILOTE DU CALCUL DENSEMBLEAFIN DE DETERMINER LES EPAISSEURS ET VALIDER LA DECOUPURE.

Points de vigilance pour les portes type 7 et type 8 :
=> Vrifier la conformit des gorges et type de soudure avec celles demandes par le groupe calcul
=> Vrifier les dlardages/chanfreins des inserts de porte :
- Faire des coupes sous TRIBON pour chaque chanfrein/dlardage
- Vrifier les panels
- Vrifier sur les 088 les indications de chanfreins
Rmq :La ralisation d un dlardage cote jusqu une journe l usinage,Une erreur de description (ex dlardage du mauvais cot) peut engendrer plus de 100h de rparation

To verify the conformity of the throats and type ofwelding with those asked by the group calculation
To verify the taperings/bevelled edges of the door inserts:
- To make some details under TRIBON for every bevelled edge/tapering
- To verify the panels
- To verify on the 088 the indications of bevelled edges
Rmq:The realization of a tapering costs until one day to the cutting,A mistake of description (ex tapering on the bad side of the plate) can generate more than 100h of repair

Les portes type 2 ont t cres principalement pour grer des sollicitations du bandeau sous unecontrainte densemble ou une flexion secondaire donc, le cas dutilisation le plus courant doit reprsenterune semelle horizontale prioritaire ce qui permet notamment daugmenter lpaisseur du bandeau quisera le plus souvent dcoup.
Lorsque lpaisseur de la cloison est renforce localement sur tout lentrepont, on vite videmmentlinsert avec un rayon.
Remarque :Ces portes sont utilises dans le cadre de la substitution la porte type 7 si :
- Ces portes sont situes dans une brche ( ex : roulage cabines )- Ces portes sont trop proches dune structure perpendiculaire la structure porteuse de la porte.
(Non-respect de la rgle des 200 mm pour le plat de bordure)Voir avec le responsable des portes.
- Le calcul ICE a une exigence pour ces portes.
The doors type 2 has been created mainly to manage solicitations of the upper plate therefore under ageneral constraint or a secondary bending, the most current use case must represent an horizontal flangewith priority what permits to increase the thickness of the upper plate that will be the more often cutnotably.
When the thickness of the bulkhead is reinforced locally on all the steerage, one evidently avoids theinsert with a radius.
Remark:These doors are used in the setting of the substitution in the door type 7 if:
- These doors are situated in a breach (ex: haulage cabins)- These doors are too near of a perpendicular structure to the structure bearer of the door. (Failure torespect of the rule of the 200 mm for the stiffener of border)To see with the person responsible of the doors.- The ICE calculation has a requirement for these doors.
