of the subsequent candidate has been shifted by the number of additional students having the same Rank.
• The admission authorities are recommended to use score awarded to the students for further counseling and
allotment of seat in the AICTE approved institutions running management programs along with other criteria as
applicable.
• Instances of incorrect information provided by the candidates, if detected at any stage, would make the candidate
liable for disqualification.
• Any dispute concerning CMAT 2013-14 (Second Test) would be subject to Jurisdiction of the competent courts within
the territorial jurisdiction of New Delhi only.
