VARIABLE SPEED JIG SAW 0508 Part No. 6460200 MICRO TORCH CMF24B METAL FOLDER OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Please read these instructions before using your metal folder. Note: The folding surfaces should be oiled regularly to prevent rusting. 1. Screw the two red handles tightly into the threaded sockets. 2. Mount the Metal Folder In a good strong bench vice with the red handles pointing towards you. Tighten the vice to secure the Metal Folder. 3. Insert a test piece of sheet metal in the folder, tighten the two clamps to secure this piece and raise the two red handles to create a fold. From this test, you will see how and where the fold appears and will be better able to obtain an accurate fold. 4. Do not attempt to fold a sheet thicker than 22 gauge. 5.
