SHORT, STURDY BOLT CARRIER GROUP
Not only are the upper and lower unique to this platform,the Mk47 bolt carrier group is derived from the massive7.62/.308 AR10 bolt carrier group so its MUTANT strong.CMMG kept all of the material on the bolt intact for addeddurability and strength.
ACCEPTS STANDARD AK MAGAZINES
The lower receiver is designed to accept standard AK magaziwhich are widely available, inexpensive and extremely reliabA standard ambidextrous hook and latch system makesreloading fast and intuitive. Mk47 comes with one MagpulPMAG30-round AK/AKM MOE7.62x39 Magazine.
OPTICS READY, ACCESSORY COMPATIBLE
A full-length Picatinny rail runs atop the Mk47, making iteasy to mount your preferred sights or optics. CMMGs RKMKeyModHand Guard is exceptionally light and ergonomicIt also gives users the freedom to mount a wide array ofaccessories using the KeyMod slots found in the 3, 6 and 9oclock positions.
