WHITE CHRISTMAS-INSPIRED LAMPS
Cleo by
Cleo is a collection of molded bags inspired by the rich history of Ancient Egypt. It is
named after the last pharaoh Cleopatra VII. Cleopatra is the famed lover of Mark Antony
and Julius Caesar of Rome. She was diplomatic and well-educated, having the capability
of speaking in multiple languages.
Snake patent was used in the collection as snakes were very symbolic and popular in
Ancient Egypt. In addition to that, legends say that Cleopatra committed suicide by snake
bite to prevent from being taken captive by her enemies.
The color gold was chosen by the designer to reflect the abundant treasures of Egypt.
ABOUT THE DESIGNER Christine Nicole Bunyi is a fourth year college student in
Miriam College taking BS Entrepreneurship minor in
Product Design and Development . She loves sketching,
baking, and playing the drums.
A designer who hopes to be known worldwide someday,
she makes sure that each piece she creates is crafted
with passion and love.
