All about putting the team first, collective results, collaboration and teamwork.These teams focus on building their credibility by leveraging the strengths of each individual on the team to achieve high quality results.The teams enjoy working together and they trust their teammates to always have their backs.
Stage 5: “Life is Great”
Mood: Tribal members exist in a state of flow. Mindset: infinite potential.Agile indicators:
