Main structure

The double teeth roller crusher consists of gearing, frame part, crushing roller, mechanical spring and the link-gear etc.

Features

The machine has advantages of small volume, big crushing ratio (5-8), low noise, simple structure and convenient maintenance. It is also

feasured by high productivity, even particles of crushed materials, low extra-crushing rate, sensitive overload protection and reliable safety.

Application

The double teeth roller crusher can be applied for crushing in the industry of coal, metallurgy, mine, chemical industry and building materials etc.

It is more suitable for crushing raw coal or coal gangue of large coal mine. Double teeth roller crusher is of mechanical spring type (2PGC). It can

be installed with thick teeth roller or middle teeth roller respectively according to the material properties.

Double teeth roller crusher is mainly used for crushing rocks of medium or lower rigidity, such as coking coal, agglomeration, limestone, and so

on. It is most suitable for the mid-crushing and fine crushing work in non-metal mines of medium and small scale and chemical industries. The

smallest discharge granularity could be less than 100 meshes.

Advantage

1. It gives a very fine product size distribution and produces very little dust or fines.

2. It is effectively used in minerals crushing where the ores are not too abrasive and it is also used in smaller scale production mining

of more abrasive metal ores, such as gold.

3. Coal is probably the largest user of roll crusher currently. Coal plants will use roll crushers, either single roller or double roller. Usually,

this crusher will have teeth or raised forms on the face of the roll. (double teeth roller crusher used for minerals and metal ores have smooth

faced rolls.)

4. Besides, this roller is easy to operate, low in consumption, stable in running and simple in fabrication.

5. It is stable operation, easy maintenance, low cost, output size adjustable.

Working principle

Compared with the low-speed squeezing to crush of traditional teeth roller crusher, double teeth roller crusher mainly crushes materials by high

speed rotating of special wear-resisting teeth roller, which forms the high productive mechanism.

The motor drives the fixed roller and movable roller to work via reducer and coupling. Materials are put into the space between the two rollers

via the feed entrance. As the two rollers inward turning, the input materials are crushed, pressed, ground, and at last come out from the base of

the machine.

E, Warranty: 100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller shall guarantee that the commodity for 3 year, excluding the wearing parts,

and the seller will offer the buyer the wearing parts all the time with favorable price.

F, Installation: If the buyer requires the seller to send the engineer to guide to install the machine, the buyer should prepare the materials needed

and should be responsible for the technician’s travel expense, insurance, accommodation abroad and salary. The salary for the engineer is 60

dollars per day.
