Coalition, PSSI and Lies

Coalition, is basically a form of cooperation or collaboration. A coalition formed by the

different parties, with different interests, who happens to have the same common ground at a

certain period.

In recent weeks we have witnessed an extra dynamic coalition in Indonesia. From issue

to issue, from month to month, and from case to case, the meeting point between coalition

partners always changing. Then there was a show that confuses the public, about what the real

nature of coalition politics in our country.

And than PSSI. PSSI is a union or association. Its members have similarity in a lot of

things, and it should come together under one perspective. Differ from the coalition that

similarity is highly dependent on its agenda, members of an association usually has the same

agenda. In this case, the big agenda is to promote Indonesian Football, both in the domestic as

well as at the operational level. Therefore, PSSI is often called by the main organization of

football, where all of football clubs take refuge in it in order to realize a big agenda. But we are

witnessing in recent weeks be not so. Appart from the debate about the internal of PSSI and all

kinds of interpretation, it seems clear that the PSSI and its members are not in one prespective,

either in vision perspective, agenda or emotional connection.

Coalitions and associations, are forms of organizational relationships. What happened in

the government coalition and association football in our country, we see the absence of a clear

framework of existing organizational relationships. The coalition members are literally immersed

in the process of continuous transactional incredible dynamic. I was so dynamic, we all become

spectators to wonder, what exactly is the direction of this coalition?

Maybe they have a big agenda, but clearly, it does not look big agenda for most of its

stakeholders. The public, as a key stakeholder coalition government, just got confirmation that

the coalition of our government have no agenda and no direction in bringing this country

forward. Or all just play with their own agenda, without a clear framework with at least within a

certain period. So, just the same there is no coalition.

What happened in PSSI also the same. We wondered, is PSSI an association? How can

all interpret the development of football becomes as complex as political party? Properly, as a

main of sport organization, the organization must focus clearly on efforts to collect resources as

many as possible for the development of national foot ball. The meaning that PSSI must be able

to embrace all sides of the Indonesian football, netted as many as possible the potential for

national and international players for Indonesia and collect all football lovers from various

backgrounds in order to inflame football forward. In short, the name of association is to collect,

rather than make the split.

Many of electronic and mass media today are talking about the problem that occur in

PSSI, beside that, it also has attracted the attention of many football lovers in Indonesia. The

most sticking news is abot the figure of Nurdin Halid, who has been the general chairman of

PSSI for 2 periods. Even Nurdin Halid will stand again in electional chairman in PSSI for the

next period. This makes the football lovers in Indonesia became furious. Because, since 2

periods Nurdin Halid became the chairman of PSSI, almost non-existent achievements that

resulted. Even a variety of problem arising, from setting the refree and match score until obut the

legality of LPI.

We believe that the law, regulation, contract integrity, statutes, and any instruments that

exist in a relation of the organization, it all useful when it can support the goals of the

organization's relationships. If the coalition contract there's no point in keeping the coalition

framework. So, the coalition is just a lie. And when the statute of the association becomes the

source of noise and a split of an association, So, the association is just a lie too.

Some time ago the clergy raised about the lies. We do not know the extent of the lies that

they mean to be clearly identified. But in the case of coalition government and PSSI, it is clear

that all was lies. What is the purpose of a coalition if the government was not more clear. And

what is the purpose of the management of PSSI if it causes a split in football country.

Were just worried, lest it not only happen in a coalition government and PSSI. Wallahu
