Spraygun: nozzle 1,2-1,3Pressure: 2/2,5 Bar

Metal and pearl colours application:1. Apply a first fixing coat and let it dry completely.2. Apply a second coat until complete coverage. In case of colours with low coverage, apply a third coat. Between every coat remember to let the previous coat completely dry.3. Apply the third coat reducing the pressure to 1,4-1,5 Bar and increasing the distance between spray-gun and surface.

Solid colours application:1. Apply a first coat and let it dry completely.2. Apply a second full coat until complete coverage. In case of colours with low coverage, apply a third coat. Between every coat remem-ber to let the previous coat completely dry.

In order to make a good connection shade between the old and the new paint (previously sanded with grey scotch-brite) is normally enough to apply the third coat by extending the coat towards the external part. If the result of this process is not satisfactory, you can take H2A.A004 diluted at 50-60% with H2D.0001 and apply it on the surface. Then repeat the application.

The product is frost-sensitive and must be kept at a temperature of above 5°C

The pot-life of any colour realised with QUOSH system is up to 3 months if the product is kept at right conditions.

To remove possible imperfections wait for the complete drying time and dry sand with P1000 (or higher)in a light circular way. After that proceed to restore the sanded layer with a light coat application of the product.

Metal-based putty. Suitable for fixing and renewing damaged car and industrial machinery without he-ating their components or welding them, thus al-lowing you to fix them on the spot. Good adhesion to metal, wood and hard plastics. Easy to apply. It can be pierced, threaded or worked after polyme-rization.

2K acrylic Primer/Filler 4:1. Ideal for car re-finish, excellent anticorrosive power (resi-stance at fog spray test of more than 1000 hours, according to ASTM B117). The Sky Filler assures a very high adhesion to diffi-cult surfaces (steel, aluminium, galvanised sheets, fiberglass, hard plastics, wood). Easy to apply and to sand, very fast har-dening and no shrinkage at all. The 2 ver-sions of the Sky Filler (black and white) can be mixed together to obtain the right shade of grey.

2K HS very fast acrylic filler 4:1 ideal for car refinish, truck, marine. High build filler, easy to apply and to sand, very fast drying and no shrinkage at all. It can be used as sanding thickness filler to eliminate the imperfections of the support or as “wet on wet” filler. It can be applied directly over iron sheet, aluminium, galvanised sheet, hard plastics, wood, fiberglass or surfa-ces already trated with putty or polyester/epoxy filler.

2K acrylic clearcoat, made of special acrylic resins that make the product very fast to dry, for air-dry cycles. Excellent brilliance, very good flowing, resistant to light and weather con-ditions. Ideal for Spot-repair of little surfaces, to use as finishing for double layer coatings with all basecoats, water and solvent.

2K acrylic clearcoat 2:1 UHS, extreme speed and high quality finishing for wa-ter and solvent double layer cycles. Su-itable for all kinds of repair (refinish and complete coatings), both air and oven dry, where very short time of drying is need. Fullness and brilliance higher than other clearcoats of the same ca-tegory, very easy to use.

2K HS acrylic filler 5:1 ideal for car refinish, truck, marine. High build filler, easy to ap-ply and to sand, very fast drying and no shrinkage at all. It can be applied direct-ly over iron sheet, aluminium, galvanised sheet after proper preparation, polyester and epoxy putties or fillers, fiberglass, hard plastics, and wood. The 3 available colours can be mixed together to obtain the right shade of grey, to be used as un-dercolour for a perfect covering.

UHS clearcoat for high quality double layer finishing metallic/pearl and solid, designed for car repairs and partial re-novations with air-dry cycle. Specifically suitable for little interventions, to speed up the process and maximise the ener-gy saving.

1K nitro-synthetic filler, ideal for car refi-nish and truck as sandable insulating fil-ler, fast to dry, low absorption and easy to sand.

2K acrylic clearcoat 2+1 antiscratch, excellent expansion and brilliance, fast to dry.

Acrylic clearcoat for top quality double layer finishing. Designed for car repairs and total renovations, to speed up the process and maximise the energy sa-ving. Exceptional expansion and bril-liance, fast to dry, good hardness and superficial flowing. Thanks to its high content of solid resins it assures an effi-ciency of more than 20% compared to a traditional UHS clearcoat and impor-tant costs reduction in drying cycle (no energy consumption).

Polyester putty, all-purpose spatula, medium pot-li-fe. Created for repairing large surfaces. Very easy to sand. Suitable as a filler for automotive and indu-strial coatings (steel, wood, hard plastics, fiberglass, aluminium and galvanised sheet).

Universal polyester putty for paddle application, designed for filling or levelling imperfections on dif-ferent supports. Very versatile putty, suitable both for little interventions and large surfaces repair. This putty has a very good flexibility and adhesion on steel, wood, hard plastics, fiberglass, aluminium and galvanised sheet. Very easy to apply and to sand, it is a perfect product for industry and car refinish.

Fiberglass Putty. Fast hardening and high restructu-ring power. Suitable for filling deeper or less deep scratches, levelling dents or different levels, or filling holes. Suitable as a filler for automotive, marine and industrial coatings (steel, wood, hard plastics, fiber-glass, aluminium and galvanised sheet).

Suitable for filling or levelling imperfections on hard plastics parts such as resins reinforced with glass fibres (GF UP), polycarbonates, polypropylenes, ABS, XENOY, POCAN and other hard plastics. Not compatible with wash primer or 1K anchoring fillers. It gives a smooth final surface, with no micro holes, very tender to sand. This product is a great support for epoxy primers and bumper embossed paints. It can be directly overpainted if finely sanded

Polyester putty with low specific weight, very cre-amy and easy to apply. Suitable for filling or level-ling imperfections on various metallic supports (galvanized sheets, aluminium, iron) and fiberglass. No shrinkage, very fast drying and easy to sand (you can start to sand it with abrasives P180). It can be applied over antirust and insulating primer with the exception of wash primer and 1K fillers or an-choring fillers.

Light grey 2K epoxy primer 4+1 (RAL7042) with strong anticorrosive power (resistan-ce at fog spray test of 1000 hours accor-ding to ASTM B117), ideal for car refinish, truck and marine. High adhesion to iron, galvanised steel, aluminium, fiberglass, painted surfaces, putty and hard plastics (ABS, PC). It is a versatile primer: it can be used as high build filler or as insulating primer/filler on wet on wet use.

2K beige adhesion primer with acid harde-ner. Realised with polyvinyl butyric resins, excellent anticorrosive power, chromates free. To use as low build anticorrosive pri-mer for those parts not covered by the putty, or the just sand-blasted ones. Excel-lent adhesion to properly prepared light alloys, iron, aluminium, galvanized sheets.
