CONDITIONS OF PLAY 1. Non Doug Bachli Trophy Players with a Handicap greater than 14.5 GA have the option to play Stroke or Stableford (as indicated

on participation section of entry form).

* Men with handicap 0-24 play stroke for Doug Bachli trophy entrants and will be eligible for OOM points

* Players with handicap 24.5GA play Stableford.

* Ladies play Stableford or Scratch Stableford (Minimum Field of 15 players is required)

2. Entry fees to be paid at time of entry. No refund on entry fees for cancellations within one week of event.

3. The committee of Cobram Barooga Golf Club shall have entire management of the tournament, including handicapping, with

power to alter any handicap at any time prior to any event in accordance with Golf Victoria’s competition handicap policy and

conditions of entry for the Victorian Senior OOM will apply.

4. The competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as adopted by the R&A Rules Limited, together with such

Local Rules as are in force on the course over which the competition takes place. If a dispute arises on any point, it shall be

decided by the Committee in charge of the competition, whose decisions shall be final.

5. Entrants shall be Amateurs who are members of the Clubs of the Victorian Golf Association or of Golf Clubs registered with

such state or overseas associations as are affiliated with or recognised by the association, or of Clubs affiliated with the

Victorian Golf League, and the committee shall have the right to refuse the entry of any person without being required to give

a reason for such refusal.

6. Competitors must state the name of their home club, their handicap and Golf Link number.

7. The Committee of the Cobram Barooga Golf Club, subject to Condition 3, shall have the power to deal with any dispute or

protest, which shall be lodged in writing with the Secretary prior to presentations on the day of which the matter has arisen.

8. The Committee may in the event of bad weather, or any other reason either shorten or fix another day, and in the case of a

tie/s, for the 54 scratch, a sudden death playoff will take place, all other events by count back. In the event that a sudden death

playoff cannot be continued due to bad light/weather, the committee shall have the sole power to determine the result.

9. Players are eligible to win one trophy per day excluding 54 hole event.

10. Presentation of trophies will be held each day as soon as possible after completion of play 54 hole event trophies will be

presented at Presentation Dinner on Thursday night.

11. Mobile phones are not permitted on the golf course during tournament play.

12. Entries close Friday, 19th April 2019. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Tournament Director.

13. Participants are required to adhere to dress regulations at all times.

14. Competitors are permitted to ride in or on a motorised vehicle during any round of the Championship. It should be noted that

the hire or provision of such transport is at the competitors own expense subject to arrangement and agreement with the Club.

15. The field for the Tournament will be limited to a total of 250 players over both courses. In the event of entries exceeding the

number of available places in the Tournament, a ballot will be undertaken on the basis of date of entries received
