We are pleased to communicate detailed COCA sheet for Dec 14.

1. DSE Salary Subsidy

Maximum limit allowed for retailers shall be 6 FTA for the day and 150 FTA per month (Not applicable for MNP Gross and Normal Gross from New BTS rolled out after 1st Jan 13)

Fixed amount of DSE salary support will be paid per actual DSE in the system

Fixed DSE support will be made based on "per productive working day" basis.

(Definition of Productive Working day: OTP generated from minimum 40% of

the mapped outlets and V Top Secondary of minimum Rs 300 made to

minimum 30% of the visited outlets by HID & MID Distributors and minimum

Rs 200 made to minimum 25% of the visited outlets by LID & VLID

2. KPI based Incentive Payout

4. DSE Incentive Payout

We have introduced daily based incentive system for DSEs. All the DSEs of the

circle will be paid flat incentive depending on their daily achievement.

NOTE :

This is performance KPI based COCA scheme announced for distributors for the month of Dec 14.

Please note that for any other scheme payout at zonal level other than the above, if any, Pl consult your respective ASM/ZBM.

COCA of the Dec 14 will not be paid unless NOC and Balance confirmation letters are not submitted latest by 10th Jan 15

Dec14 COCA will be released by 15th 20th Jan 15 unless otherwise mentioned. Incentive payouts for DSE will be communicated to them through SMS. You are

requested to kindly hand over the incentive to respective DSEs within one week of COCA payout.
