What’s On October 2016

I find that London has a particular charm during the autumn months. As the leaves turn golden, the city starts to look more beautiful than ever and the weather is still mild enough to have fun outdoors and enjoy all the brilliant events London has to offer in October.

Here are my top picks for the month to ensure you welcome autumn in style:

London Cocktail Week - From 3 to 9 October 2016 London Cocktail Week is the biggest and most exciting celebration of London’s fantastic cocktail scene. Now in its seventh year, the festival hosted at Old Spitalfields Market will be a hub of street food, mixology masterclasses and £5 cocktails. If Spitalfields is too far for you to travel to every day, then visit a bar nearer to home – your LCW wristband is your pass to £5 cocktails at 250 bars across London!

Method

Add all of the ingredients into a shaker glass, hard shake and strain on to cubed ice in a rock glass. Garnish with grated orange and a morello cherry.
