Code Enforcement BoardCode Enforcement Board

• Has jurisdiction to hear and decide alleged violations of the codes and ordinances in force in the county

• Has the authority to levy fines against those persons found in non-compliance of county codes

• Subject to the inclusion of those professional specialties, each district of the county shall be represented by at least one member. Currently, Districts 1 and 4 are not represented on the board.

• Meets third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m.

• Financial Disclosure Required
