• It is a felony to possess or transmit such material.• Any person with knowledge of a felony, who does

not report it to proper authorities, is committing a felony.

• ALL SUCH VIOLATIONS MUST AND WILL BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT WITHOUT EXCEPTION; and school discipline may follow.
