– On-demand snapshots of Smart Server(s) can be taken as often as customers like

– Scheduled backups are Smart Server snapshots that occur on a scheduled basis, based on timing of your choice.

• On Demand snapshots => Whenever you click a button to snapshot in server portal

• Scheduled snapshots => Customers can choose their snapshot time period

– All times CST:Morning - 6:00am - 11:59amAfternoon - 12:00pm - 5:59pmEvening - 6:00pm - 11:59pmNight - 12:00am - 5:59am

– Daily – Every day within a given time range. Times are in Central Time.

– Weekly – Select a day of the week and time range. Times are CST
