Our COE Certified Inspection and Maintenance Program is a pro-active approach that can extend the life to your equipment. Using a 210-point inspection, we check all mechanical, electrical and controls components from a visual and operational standpoint. We address immediate issues and outline preventive actions that avert future problems and we recommending upgrades to boost productivity.

ControlsReplacing the controller provides a relatively easy way to increase functionality and simplify setup times. COE’s ServoMaster Plug-n-Run Controls are designed to be quickly implemented into existing lines whether the original equipment is COE or produced by another manufacturer. COE’s ServoMaster Controller, available in six different drive sizes for servo feeds from 2" to 8" in diameter and 6" to 78" in width, comes complete with everything necessary for a weekend upgrade.

MechanicalPotential areas for press line optimization may lie in the upgrades to the coil, feeders or straightening

equipment. Field retrofits to can be provided to existing lines to deliver linespeed increases, straightener capacity upgrades, feed direction changes, addition of coil containment devices, loop control upgrades, threading system improvements, and others.

If your equipment needs a more comprehensive refurbishment, we can have the equipment shipped to COE for a total rebuild with upgrades that adds significant life to your capital investment. And, our unique “3-2-1” warranty provides three years of coverage on all parts manufactured by COE Press Equipment; two years coverage on all mechanical compo-nents originally installed by COE; and one year coverage on electrical parts.
