• Let me pose you a quick question is Coffee, Healthy or Harmful?
• I think both, mainly because it is often medical research has shown that it's not the coffee that will do us harm but our over indulgence in its consumption.
• It is acknowledged world-wide that 3 cups of good quality espresso coffee is actually good for us.
• Women get the better end of this stick where those who are consuming around 3 cups per day having reduced risk particularly in the area of "All-cause mortality" (though risks remain the same or increase if you are having more than 6 cups per day.) (National Institutes of Health-AARP Diet and Health Study.)
Numerous medical research studies have seen • reduced risk in Alzheimer's disease and dementia, • gallstone disease (two studies performed by the Harvard School of Public Health),• Parkinson's disease, • improves cognitive performance, caffeine and analgesics,
• can increase effectiveness of gastrointestinal uptake of some painkillers, (migraine and headache medications), • anti-diabetic, • liver protection, • cancer, • cardio-protective.
It is also known to improve
• laxative/diuretic, • contains antioxidant, • aids in the prevention dental cavities, • helps gout and reduces blood pressure.
