Cognos 8 Go Mobile Installation Guidelines

This document will explain the installation of Cognos 8 Go Mobile Server andClient Components. This covers installation of Mobile Emulator. The process of settingup the mobile emulator and connecting it with the network is also explained in thisdocument.

Cognos 8 Go Mobile Installation

1nstall the 2pplication Tier Component( gatewa3 and Mobile client components in thesame location where Cognos 8 is installed.

Click the 4issetup.exe5 in the 46in7-5 director3

Select the installation location same as the cognos 8 location9

Select the re:uired components(

2fter the installation is complete restart the Cognos Service. The Mobile Service willbe running on the Cognos Server
