IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY
This project brought us all together, young and
old. Culturally and spiritually renewing
ourselves so that our art continues on and
allowing us to interact with each other.
Allowing our young to listen and learn from
their Elders and the Elders learning from
them.
During these classes we unfortunately lost our
eldest of our Elders, Papa Ammie Jacobs at
102 years old. The classes allowed each
person to honor departed family members in
their own way.
