Skid mounted CTUFidmash skid mounted units come in a variety of configurations to meet the requirements of your specific offshore operations . The standard offshore unit consists of a cabin, reel, injector, power pack and power hose reels . Per customer request, our skid mounted coiled tubing units can be manufactured with the following classifications and requirements: explosion proof, class 2 zone, explosive mixture type IIB and temperature class T3 .

Blowout preventer The Fidmash blowout preventer is designed to seal off the well during coiled tubing applications . This piece of safety equipment insures that whether there is coiled tubing in the well or not, you can comply with regulations and prevent blowouts which may result in the contamination of the environment . With an inside diameter of 4 1/16" . (100 mm), our blowout preventers are designed for use with coiled tubing up to 2⅞" (73 mm) OD and maximum wellhead pressures of 10,000 psi (70 MPa) .
StripperThe Fidmash stripper is designed to pack-off coiled tubing as it is stripped in and out of the well . With an inside diameter of up to up to 4 1/16" (100 mm) , our strippers are designed for use with coiled tubing up to 2⅞" (73 mm) OD and maximum wellhead pressures of 10,000 psi (70 MPa) .

The Fidmash H504 model pumping unit is designed for operation during dewaxing, cleaning frozen downstream lines and other technological processes requiring pumping of hot process liquids . Our pumping units are also used for blowing down of downstream lines after completion of processes involving liquids . These units can also be used as part of a coiled tubing complex for carrying out sand and paraffin plugs removal, cementing, water influx isolation, acid treatment and well completion and more applications with working pressures below 10 000 psi (70 MPa) .

Our hydration unit is designed for preparation of water-based gels using powder gelling agent directly during hydraulic fracturing job .
Our mixing units come in either a chassis mounted or trailer mounted configuration and are designed for continuous preparation of process liquids and mixtures based on solid free-flowing component (proppant), liquid and dry chemical agents . These mixing units subsequently feed the prepared liquids and solutions to pump units during hydraulic fracturing operations .
Fidmash pumping units are designed for pumping various types of liquids into the well during hydraulic fracturing operations . Our equipment is also used for off-line well flushing-out, abrasive jet processing and hydraulic pressure testing applications .

Additionally, spare parts are readily available at our conveniently located facilities .
Our highly-qualified service technicians are involved from assembly to commissioning at the well site . We offer full remote technical support and training sessions on how to keep equipment running at maximum efficiency .
