Cap vessel and shake to dissolve.

Incubate vessel for 18 hours.

Pour sample into Quanti-Tray*.

Read results: Colorless = negative. Yellow = total coliforms. Yellow/Fluorescent = E. coli.

Seal using the IDEXX Quanti-Tray* Sealer PLUS and incubate 18 hours.

Read results: Yellow wells = total coliforms.Yellow/Fluorescent wells = E. coli.Refer to MPN table.
