• Working with LANL polymer chemists• Spray coating does not yet work• Wipe on deuterated styrene – 2 coats• Performed a crazing test with 2 cycles to 77 K• Trying to decide how to make sure no spots
are missed

EDM Temperature
• Unsure in previous test what temperature was on the inside of the cell since diode was on cooling plate with only partial coverage of cell
• Performing a test on old cell with diodes in a number of strategic locations
• New cell cooling scheme to get better thermal contact
• Performing a test with new cooling configuration
• Temperature cycle will include a bake out under vacuum at about 50° C for several days prior to any measurements
