NANCY SÀNCHEZ: The plan chosen in the previous forum is very important to generate

leadership students, as the sport motivates students, the sport allows students to leave the routine, so they can release their stress, lead to out in institutions education plans to help students spend their free time in spaces that promote physical activity achieved the institutions to improve their educational quality is of note that many educational institutions in the country do not have sports facilities, but these projects can be the pretext to achieve the cooperation of municipal authorities in the allocation of resources to have sports facilities.

From the family, from educational institutions and from society itself, it has been perceived lack or absence of a sensible reality in training or proper guidance. Aware of this shortcoming, the working group number 4 educational management course, we choose a plan that aims respond to spontaneous awareness from artistic, sporting and cultural, from the relationship: object-subject, where internalized and becomes experience from everyday life, from teachability and from the educabilidad, enhancing skills and abilities that lead to the strengthening of an integral man, that combines and projects into their identity some as essential dimensions such as communicative (in the socio-emotional) and body aspect (motor).

Luisa Ruiz, says "The practice of sport is optimal for most people and even more for teenagers. It will not only help your physical, but it will help prevent harmful habits such as consumption of snuff, alcohol or drugs" (Ruìz, 2016)

Sport can socialize feelings because it becomes a direct means of expression, which is reflected on stage, on paper or specific material and especially in the soul, because as mentioned above, art sensitizes and strengthens the development of various individual and collective skills that are part of its human dimension, and that in turn calls or meets a whole educational community as a space of culture and recreation which discloses values, virtues and skills which together make up and provide a healthy recreation.

I think that carrying out this plan is possible with the right arguments in order to make everyone understand how important it is to practice sports. Some advantages of this plan are the organization and the planning itself. I think that if there is an organized plan with all the directions explained in detail students will feel that it is a good idea with many benefits and would follow all the directions given. Also, I think that through sports students increase their motivation and interest because they would feel happy to be doing something that they like and that is fun, therefore they interest in school will increase. A disadvantage when carrying out this plan could be the no support from other teachers, there are always teachers that don´t believe in sports as part of the education so they never support sport events and have bad attitude towards them. For that reason, it is very important to have a well organized plan with all the information about what is going to be done, with the advantages and benefits it would bring to the students.

When we try to practice any sport in a school, we find some obstacles to do it, but the most common problems are the lack of special teachers, sport equipment and sport grounds.

The first step we have to take is to give the students the motivation to the sports and teach them to understand the need to practice it. The institutions must have the appropriate places to practice the sports, and all the equipment. To carry out this plan, the school must have a schedule with extra hours in order to have time to practice the sports, this mean that teachers and parents have to dispose of extra time, but this is sometimes a problem because there is not enough time for them. Carrying out this plan lets the students to practice sports and have a good free time, because the sport lets them to avoid things like drugs, alcohol or sedentary lifestyle. The results of practising sports in the school are very beneficial to the academic development, also when they spend a lot of time in these activities; they begin to realize that sports are the best way to carry out a good life.
