Montata su rulli avvolgibili e costituita da due stra-ti di tessuto, ognuno dei quali suddiviso in fasce orizzontali ora trasparenti, ora opache, Stripes ga-rantisce un tocco di contemporaneità che si unisce alla praticità e all’alta funzionalità di una tenda vene-ziana. Posizionando i differenti segmenti di tessuto in modi diversi, è possibile creare il livello di lumino-sità desiderata, con giochi di trasparenze persona-lizzabili che vengono messi in evidenza avvolgendo e svolgendo la tenda. The Resstende Stripes collection: a perfect mix of style and proficiency.

The Stripes roller blind has two layers of overlapping fabric with alternate transparent and opaque bands, producing the effect of a Venetian blind whilst giving a modern look to any decor. By positioning the two segments of the fabric to overlap by different de-grees to vary the level of transparency it is possible to obtain just the right lighting effect. The Stripes rol-ler blind is the result of an innovative combination of experience, technology and high quality materials to provide a unique long lasting window covering: the perfect complement to any interior decoration!

Fabric characteristics

I tessuti Stripes presentano un restringimento mini-male, resistono alla luce e sono di facile manuten-zione. La collezione Stripes resiste all’umidità, è quindi idonea anche per l’ambiente bagno e cucina.The Stripes fabrics have minimum shrinkage, opti-mum light resistance and are easy to clean. The Stripes collection is humidity resistant and ideal for bathrooms and kitchens.

Il gioco di trasparenza viene messo in eviden-za svolgendo e avvolgendo il tessuto Stripes. Facendo scorrere le fasce del tessuto l’una sull’al-tra é possibile scegliere di mantenere il tessuto completamente aperto, semi aperto o chiuso, ad ogni altezza desiderata della finestra. The level of transparency can be varied by rolling and unrolling the Stripes fabric, the two bands can be positioned to give an effect fully open, semi open or closed at any height.

Allineamento - Alignment

In caso di più tende montate in serie, le fasce tras-parenti e opache possono essere allineate con una tolleranza di 1 cm max. In caso di montaggio in vano, si evidenzierà un posizionamento differente, rispetto al davanzale, della tenda a seconda della sovrapposizione delle fasce trasparenti ed opache. La tenda è montata in modo che il finecorsa basso corrisponda alla sovrapposizione delle fasce per ottenere la mas-sima opacità. Ovviamente per ottenere la massima trasparenza il fondale salirà rispetto al davanzale di una distanza pari all’altezza di una mezza fascia. When several blinds are mounted side by side, the transparent and opaque bands can be aligned within a 1cm tolerance. When mounted inside a window vane, the varia-tion in position of the hembar between maximum transparency and maximum opacity will be more evident. The blind has been assembled so that when the blind is fully down the fabric bands are positioned to give maximum opacity. Obviously to obtain maximum transparency the hem bar will rise from the window sill (distance equal to half the width of the band).

Qualità e manutenzioneQuality and maintenance

I tessuti sono sensibili alle variazioni di temperatura e umidità, questo può causare una deformazione momentanea del tessuto che si manifesta con un leggero arrotondamento sui lati che può sparire con il cambiamento di temperatura e di umidità ambien-tale. La garanzia non copre in nessun modo i danni causati dalle condizioni metereologiche, da un uti-lizzo scorretto, dagli errori dovuti ad una misura-zione ed installazione inesatta o da una manuten-zione impropria. La garanzia non si applica in caso di scolorimento dovuto a variazioni di luminosità, calore o cambiamenti di forma in luoghi di estrema umidità. Non possiamo garantire danni causati da prodotti per la pulizia, condensazione o da insetti.ManutenzioneTogliere la polvere con un piumino o servendosi di un panno morbido. Le macchie possono essere rimosse con un panno umido. Attenzione! Evitare l’utilizzo di detergenti alcalini durante la pulizia dei vetri.

The fabrics are sensitive to variations in room tem-perature and humidity. Condizioni di vendita

PremessaIl presente listino annulla e sostituisce i precedenti; Resstende si avvale inoltre dell’insindacabile facoltà di modificarlo in ogni sua parte comprese modifiche ai prodotti, senza preavviso alcuno e senza che ciò costituisca oggetto di contestazione. Il conferimento dell’ordine vale come esplicita accettazione delle condizioni di vendita sotto riportate:1. VALIDITÀ DEI PREVENTIVI: è di 60 (sessanta) giorni dalla data di emissione, salvo diritto di revoca anticipato da parte del-la RESSTENDE Srl. Eventuali variazioni a quanto espresso in preventivo per misure, quantità, tipologie e materiali impiegati daranno luogo ad una conferma d’ordine aggiornata nei prezzi e nei termini di consegna.2. La fabbricazione dei materiali viene eseguita in base alla distinta delle misure ed ai dati tecnici forniti dal Committente o dalla Direzione Lavori. Nei casi contrattualmente concordati, il ri-lievo delle misure esecutive potrà essere effettuato direttamente da nostro personale specializzato.3. Le tabelle dei prezzi per i tessuti fanno riferimento alla misura finita (misura telo = misura finita + 30 cm in altezza per attacco rullo). La misura finita definisce le dimensioni di fabbricazione al netto delle tolleranze di applicazione e costituisce elemento di calcolo per la fatturazione del prodotto. La RESSTENDE Srl declina ogni responsabilità a fronte di trasmissioni di misure ese-cutive non rispondenti a quanto sopra precisato.4. TRASPORTO: la fornitura si intende in porto franco con ad-debito in fattura del 4% per spedizione (costo minimo di traspor-to €8,00) alla sede del Committente entro i confini nazionali. In caso di colli voluminosi il prezzo della spedizione potrebbe subi-re delle variazioni, dovrà quindi essere preventivato. Oltre i con-fini nazionali la fornitura si intende in Franco Fabbrica Resstende Agrate Brianza (EX WORK). La merce viaggia senza assicura-zione, a rischio della Committente (Art. 1693 CC).5. IMBALLO: nostro standard in politene e/o in cartone, incluso nel prezzo; atri imballi disponibili a richiesta.6. TERMINI DI CONSEGNA: per prodotti “standard”, 2-3 setti-mane dal ricevimento ordine; per prodotti “non standard” e colori RAL, la data di consegna verrà comunicata nella conferma d’or-dine; in ogni caso i termini di consegna sono da ritenersi indica-tivi e non vincolanti. Eventuali ritardi di consegna non compor-teranno alcun risarcimento, penalità o annullamento dell’ordine salvo accordi contrattuali espressamente pattuiti. I reclami verso gli spedizionieri, per errore, tassazioni, ritardi, avarie, rotture, ecc., spettano all’acquirente con esonero della RESSTENDE Srl da ogni responsabilità: pertanto deve essere dichiarata la “ri-serva” al momento dello scarico direttamente all’incaricato che effettua la consegna.7. GARANZIA: viene fornita per anni 2 (due) a decorrere dalla data di consegna ed è valida per i soli materiali, inclusi tutti i com-ponenti elettrici. Detti componenti dovranno essere installati e collegati secondo le norme CEI e comunque secondo le norma-tive impiantistiche e di sicurezza vigenti al momento dell’instal-lazione: diversamente la garanzia verrà considerata decaduta. Durante il periodo di garanzia non si accettano richieste di rim-borso spese su riparazioni effettuate direttamente, senza nostra preventiva presa visione o autorizzazione scritta, ed in ogni caso la garanzia riguarda vizi di fabbricazione del prodotto e non pro-blemi derivanti dall’installazione di terzi.8. COLORI: fra ordini diversi non può essere garantita una co-stante omogeneità di colore nei profili, tessuti ed altri compo-

nenti, essendo inevitabile riscontrare variazioni di tonalità tra i diversi lotti di produzione. Ciò non potrà costituire oggetto di con-testazione. 9. RECLAMI: dovranno essere inoltrati per iscritto entro giorni 8 (otto) dal ricevimento della merce: diversamente non potranno essere presi in considerazione. Eventuali resi saranno accettati solo previa autorizzazione scritta della RESSTENDE Srl. Even-tuali difetti od anomalie di funzionamento dei materiali forniti dovranno essere segnalati per iscritto alla RESSTENDE Srl, la cui responsabilità è limitata alla sostituzione delle merci difetto-se o di parte delle stesse, escluso ogni diritto alla risoluzione del contratto o alla riduzione del prezzo o ad ogni risarcimento del danno. Oneri quali trasferte, smontaggi, trasporti, rimontaggi, ecc. sono comunque esclusi dalla presente garanzia e non po-tranno quindi esserci addebitati. Qualora la fornitura comprenda la “Posa in Opera” la RESSTENDE Srl, previo sopralluogo di un proprio incaricato, valuterà la natura dei difetti in rapporto alle condizioni di garanzia e provvederà alla sostituzione dei com-ponenti in garanzia nel tempo più breve possibile consentito da tale operazione.10. ANNULLAMENTO DI ORDINI: la RESSTENDE Srl non ac-cetta annullamenti quando il materiale degli stessi è già in fase di lavorazione.11. FATTURAZIONE: decorre dall’approntamento della merce e dall’emissione del documento di trasporto.12. PAGAMENTO: i termini e le condizioni di pagamento sono quelli precedentemente concordati e sottoscritti dal Committente e dalla RESSTENDE Srl. In caso di fornitura con posa in opera e decorrenza del pagamento a fine lavori, qualora il montaggio non possa avvenire per cause non imputabili alla RESSTENDE Srl, si procederà alla fatturazione del materiale dedotto l’importo della posa che verrà fatturato successivamente a fine lavori.13. MANCATO PAGAMENTO: il mancato rispetto dei termini di pagamento concordati comporterà un interesse di mora corri-spondente al tasso bancario corrente praticato alla RESSTEN-DE Srl.14. POSA IN OPERA: Qualora la fornitura la comprenda, si pre-cisa che da detta prestazione sono escluse tutte le opere mu-rarie, di saldatura, la predisposizione degli infissi al passaggio dei comandi, gli impianti ed i collegamenti elettrici: detti oneri si intendono specificatamente a cura e sotto la responsabilità del Committente. Sarà inoltre cura del Committente fornire in can-tiere la disponibilità di un locale adeguato allo stoccaggio ed alla custodia del materiale da posare, assumendosi ogni responsa-bilità per la sua integrità e conservazione. Il Committente dovrà mettere il personale di posa in condizione di operare in modo continuativo: periodi di inoperosità del nostro personale di posa non imputabili alla RESSTENDE Srl saranno addebitati e fattu-rati a consuntivo.15. COLLAUDO: Se espressamente convenuto, il collaudo del-le opere di nostra competenza dovrà essere effettuato entro 10 (dieci) giorni dall’ultimazione della posa che verrà comunque certificata mediante apposito verbale compilato dal personale di posa e sottoscritto dal Committente o dalla sua D.L. Il Committente, sovrascrivendo il verbale di fine posa, certifica che i lavori sono stati eseguiti ed ultimati a regola d’arte e rilascia il proprio benestare alla fatturazione.16. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Milano.

QUOTATION VALID for 60 (sixty) days from date of emission, RESSTENDE Srl retains the right to withdraw the quotation. Any variations in dimensions, quantity, model or materials em-ployed, with respect to the original quotation, may result in upda-ted prices or terms of delivery, these will however be clearly sta-ted in the order confirmation.2. The manufacture of the blind systems is carried out in accor-dance with the dimensions and technical data supplied by the customer or by the Site Manager. Upon request, our own spe-cialised personnel will survey the job and take the relevant me-asurements.3. The price tables for the blind fabrics refer to finished dimen-sions of the blind (fabric drop = finished dimension + 20 cm for preroll and fixture to the tube). The “finished dimensions” define the overall dimensions for manufacture net of any tolerances for mounting and are used for all calculations regarding the invoice of the product. RESSTENDE declines all responsibility in relation to erroneous transmission of measurements by the customer.4. TRANSPORT: delivery is intended carriage free, invoiced at 4% (minimum value €8.00), to the purchasers premises within the national territories. For bulky/heavy loads the cost may vary and will in this case be quoted apart. For international shipments the goods are supplied EXWORKS. The goods travel without in-surance at the purchasers own risk (Article 1693 Italian C.L.).5. PACKAGING: standard bubble wrap and cardboard included in the price; other packaging available upon request.6. TERMS OF DELIVERY: for “standard” products: delivery 2-3 weeks from date of order; for “customised” products and RAL co-lours not in stock, the delivery date will be communicated in the order confirmation; in any case the delivery date is to be intended as purely indicative and not binding. Any delays in delivery will not give rise to compensation, penalty or cancellation of the or-der unless stipulated by prior contractual agreement. Any claims made towards carriers and forwarding agents - for errors, taxes, delays, damage, breakage etc.- are the sole concern of the pur-chaser, exempting RESSTENDE Srl from any liability. Therefore at consignment of the goods, the purchaser should declare “con-ditionally accepted, goods unchecked” on the carrier/forwarder documents.7. WARRANTY: is given for 2 (two) years parting from the date of consignment and is only valid for the material supplied, inclu-ding all electric components. All electrical components must be correctly installed and connected to mains in accordance with EEC regulations and according to the installation and safety standards in force at the moment of the installation: otherwise the warranty will be considered void. During the period of warran-ty, liability will not be accepted for cost reimbursement in relation to repairs carried out directly by the purchaser prior to an on-site analysis by our personnel, and without written authorisation. In all circumstances the warranty refers to manufacturing defects of the product and not to problems deriving from incorrect installa-tion by third parties.

8. COLOUR: the colour of the frame and fabric may vary from order to order, as the variation of tone is intrinsic to both produc-tion processes.9. RECLAIMS: should be forwarded in writing within 8 (eight) days from receipt of the goods: otherwise they will not be taken into consideration. Restitution of goods will only be accepted if previously authorised in writing by RESSTENDE Srl; our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective goods, or parts of the goods, and excludes any right to cancel the order or to price reduction or to any compensation for damage. Charges such as transfer, dismounting, transport, re-installation etc, are excluded from the present warranty and can not therefore be debited to RESSTENDE. For products “installed” directly by RESSTENDE Srl, our quali-fied technician will evaluate the nature of the defects by means of an on-site inspection and will replace any components in warran-ty in the briefest time possible consented by such an operation.10. ORDER CANCELLATION: RESSTENDE Srl does not ac-cept cancellations when the material is already in the process of being manufactured.11. INVOICE: has effect from when the goods are ready for de-livery and from the date of emission of the transport documents.12. PAYMENT: the terms and the conditions of payment are tho-se previously agreed upon and undersigned by both the purcha-ser and RESSTENDE Srl. For orders that include installation of the material, the payment term starts from the date of completion of the installation; in the eventuality of delays for causes not at-tributable to RESSTENDE Srl, we will however proceed with the invoice for the value of the material, the installation cost will be later invoiced upon completion of the project.13. OVERDUE PAYMENT: if the agreed terms of payment are not respected, this will result in the application of an arrears inte-rest rate corresponding to the current bank interest rate paid by RESSTENDE Srl.14. INSTALLATION: The service offered for installation exclu-des the following activities: building, welding, preparation of the fixtures for the passage of the command system, electrical wiring and connection to mains supply: these activities are under the complete responsibility and liability of the purchaser. In addition, where necessary, the purchaser is obliged to supply suitable premises on site where the material to be installed may be sto-red, assuming all responsibility for its integrity and conservation. The purchaser must ensure that the technicians are put in the condition to carry out the installation without interruption: non-operative periods of our personnel will be charged and invoiced upon completion.15. TESTING: unless otherwise agreed, the installed products should be connected and duly tested within 10 (ten) days from termination of the installation. Upon termination of the installation a report form should be completed by our installers and undersi-gned by the purchaser, or by the site manager. The purchaser, in undersigning this report, certifies that the installation has been correctly carried out and gives his consent for invoicing. 16. All disputes or legal proceedings shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Milan law courts.
