decisions.
Must follow Rio’s class schedule
NOW YOUR ACCEPTED… BUT WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? There are Four types of CCP Eligibility at RIO.
• Conditional Eligibility- 3.0 Gpa, but not quite ready for English or Math courses • English Accepted- 3.0 GPA and have shown that you are ready for English classes but not math• Math Accepted- 3.0 GPA and have shown that your are ready for math but not English • Full Eligibility- 3.0 GPA and have shown you are ready in both subject
All types of Eligibility are able to take Elective classes…. History, Government, Fine Arts, Science.. ECT

• Main Campus- Rio Grande, Ohio• Meigs Center• McArthur Center • Jackson Center
Online- Certain courses are available online
In your high school- if offering Rio CCP Courses in-house

• Student Space- this is where your can find your schedules, GPA, official Midterm/Final Grades and Unofficial Transcript.

DROPPING A CLASS
• CCP STUDENTS GET 2 WEEKS AT THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO DROP OR ADD A CLASS FREE OF CHARGE.
• AFTER TWO WEEKS, YOU CAN BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TUITION OF THE CLASS BY YOUR SCHOOL.
• DROP FORMS CAN BE FOUND ON THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR WEBSITE OR ANY ADVISING OFFICE.
PARKING PASS- MAIN CAMPUS AND MEIGS CENTER• CAMPUS POLICE HANDLES THE DISTRIBUTIONS OF PARKING PERMITS
• STUDENTS MUST REGISTER ALL VEHICLES THEY PLAN TO PARK ON CAMPUS LOTS
• STUDENTS MAY “PRE-REGISTER” VEHICLES ON THE WEBSITE ONCE THE LINK OPENS FOR THE FALL TERM, BUT MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS BY PICKING UP THE PARKING PERMIT AT CAMPUS POLICE OR MEIGS CENTER OFFICE.
• PERMITS ARE VALID THROUGH THE YEAR, BEGINNING WITH FALL TERM
• RIO HAS OPEN PARKING – LOTS ARE NOT ASSIGNED AND STUDENTS MAY PARK WHEREVER SPACES ARE NOT CLEARLY DESIGNATED/MARKED
