Students will learn to tell a compelling story about their business, to give a powerful pitch, to develop and analyze the value proposition of a business, to develop and refine the business model that will drive growth, to understand the financial processes of startup, and to write a business plan.
• Receive guidance while working on your business startup.• Learn what steps to take and how to prioritize what you should do next.• Learn the right ways to collect and use feedback on your product, service, or value proposition.• Learn how to pivot your business to rapidly improve your potential for success.• Learn how to finance early business development, including the importance of bootstrapping and the pros and cons of using external investors such as business angels and venture capital firms.
