Deb Maxwell, Health Advocate wrote: “I now have a renewed appreciation for the practice of

Yoga after taking classes with Ava Ellensohn. Ava made the classes enjoyable and stress-

free by explaining each pose in detail, moving slowly, and assisting students when needed to

ensure safety and effectiveness. She taught us how the various muscle groups are targeted

through a variety of poses. I learned something different in each class and walked away feel-

ing relaxed and energized for the remainder of my day. It is evident through her positive

and pleasant demeanor that Ava thoroughly enjoys what she does.”

Yoga Certification Classes

Wellness assisted Ava Ellensohn is achieving her Yoga certification from

YogaFit. Ava had to conducted 8 hours of volunteer Yoga classes in order to

meet the requirements as a Yoga instructor. We hope to have Ava as a

future Yoga instructor. Congratulations Ava on receiving your certification!
