Available Conferences – Conference detail

1. Heading is named as “Conference Detail” because if the heading of the conference is bigger it will go beyond 1 line. The heading of the conference will come in the content area.

2. Detail description of the conferences

3. The user can click on “Add ” to add it to my conference if the conference is of his interest. [‘Download’ link in the current application is not intuitive. The keyword is used for downloading software or files][The action buttons will be dark blue button and the navigation button in lighter blue color]

4. The back link moves the user to “Available conferences” page (page 3)

5. Map link for the location of the conference. Its good for user to know about the location at this point as he may like to know the proximity.

My Conferences (users selected conference)

1. Home page for users who have added conferences.

2. [In the current application, we have menu which is the context menu for a particular conference]“Add” Conferences button will move to “Available conferences” page, where user can view and conferences. This button will remain static as shown in the call out. So no matter how many conferences the user has added the button would be still viewable.

3. The arrow icon (>) indicates/ prompts user to click to know further about the conferences. As we don’t have menu here, the way to go to the conference is to click the arrow icon.

4. For deleting the conference the user has to click “Edit” button

5. The selected conference will be highlighted.

Map

1. Google map of the location of the conferences

2. The floor maps in current application are not usable. The user already attending the conferences will not use the iphone for seeing the map. The detail would be available at the conference venue. If we do want to use floor maps, it has to be more usable like google maps, or else it wont serve the purpose.
