Colombo Dockyard was founded in 1974.2009 mark the 35 years of successful journey

as a going concern

Export Earning generated in 2009 was over 92& of the Total Revenuein 2009. This represents 100& foreign generated ship building contracts.

The Company achieved 20% increase on Steel Output during2009. In 2008, we haave handled

3,375 tons of steel as against 2008.

This the value of four shipbuilding contracts secured in 2009.This includes 2 Nos. 130 T BPAHT to Samoa,

the largest shipbuildingcontract in our history.

All four Dry Docks have been occupied to maximum of 98%compared to 96% in 2008.

Or Total waste generation of 19,000T (approx) and 62% of these waters are re - used.

The amount invested by the Company on Employees Training during 2009.
